Unbeatable price/quality ratio in Khao Lak. Great location in a quite area but close to the main bars and shops. The property is stunning and the villa we stayed in was perfect. Spacious living room, bedrooms are big with pool view, air conditioning worked great, bathrooms are massive and well equipped. We were welcomed by the reception staff who were very kind and accommodating. Huge smart TV was a big plus.

Pros:The villa has amazing light. Lots of space. The mattress and blankets are good. The pool is clean. Clean linen. And in general the villa is clean, there are no smells. The waterfall works with a button, but the pool jacuzzi works according to your mood))Of the minuses:The villas didn’t seem to be old, but the kitchen was already very tired, the Wi-Fi was terrible and slow, the pillows were hard and high, I couldn’t do it - I was folding up the blanket. There is no one at the reception. The pressure in the shower is not absolutely terrible, but I always wanted to hurry it upA herd of geckos))) scream all night, if you are not used to these sounds, I would take earplugs with me, because the first nights I woke up all the time. The location by bike or car is ok, it’s a bit far and dark on foot, but overall ok if you’re here for a long time and like to walk. I hardly used the kitchen

Don't book! Simply canceled our booking 3 days before arrival. We even talked about the check-in time via WhatsApp the day before the cancellation. The next morning the cancellation came out of nowhere. After that no response to messages. Terrible host!

The reservation was canceled a month later. They raised prices 4 times. I don’t recommend it if you don’t want to be homeless at the most inopportune moment

We booked the villa well in advance for the New Year from December 29 to January 2. We received a booking confirmation, and not just from the booking office, but directly from the accommodation facility, since we requested an extra bed. Everything was confirmed and agreed upon. On November 23, the “facility” canceled our reservation and immediately listed it at a price MUCH higher than our reservation. So be careful when booking this villa: here they will easily prefer this momentary benefit to their good name.

My stay is for a period of 24 nights. The villas themselves are good. You have plenty of space and your own pool. However, there were a few small things missing, which overall marred the experience somewhat. I was accommodated in two different villas. In the first (No. 4) there was no WiFi reception. Here I was put off again and again, even after asking several times, nothing happened. In addition, the ceilings were very high here, so it created quite a reverberation when speaking. There was also no mirror on the sink. Furthermore, the hotplates only got hot after about 15-20 minutes and there was a smell of mold in the kitchen cupboards.After the WiFi problem wasn't solved after 10 days, I was accommodated in another villa. The second villa (No. 1) was better. There was WiFi reception here, but it was very weak and broke off every now and then. In addition, the WiFi was also very slow overall. Unfortunately the pool got dirty relatively quickly but was only cleaned once a week. Even when asked, this was not done. It is cleaned every 2-3 days and not “daily” as advertised. Another shortcoming was communication. There is no one on site who speaks English. There is a number for the manager, but unfortunately he only answers irregularly or not at all. In addition, you will not be registered. I was at the immigration office and wanted to extend my visa for 30 days. There I was told that I was not registered and that the hotel had to do this first. Otherwise the location is good. But you should rent a scooter.

Clean and in good condition, own pool a great addition, enough cooling, maybe the shower pressure could have been stronger.More drying racks would have been needed.The beds are comfortable.Close to shopping streets and restaurants.

We have stayed in this new opened Ahimsa villa for 3 nights,, a very quiet environment close to the beach, restaurants and massage places.. located in Bangniang beach it's the perfect place to spend time while in Khaolak ...
Still a lot to be done but it was worth the price ..
