wont complain much (basic room&pool don expect any fancy thing a very basic hotel..but being compensate with friendly & good service from staff), budget friendly to wallet,quiet enviroment with lot of greens, basic breakfast with western & thai selection, with own transport is recommended as its quite a distance from everything

This place is reasonably priced but you need to understand you’re getting what you paid for. As with any Thai hotel, there are pros and cons. the hotel def is in need of serious refurbishment and the water in my room was coming out brown and smelly. However bed was very comfortable and at least the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and friendly (same cant be said of the front office). Also the pool was in decent condition. Lastly you realistically need a car or motorbike to stay here otherwise you’ll be spending at least 1000 baht a day on transportation

A quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Clean, new towels every day. 2 minutes to the coral beach on the right. 10 minutes to the bathing beach on the left, memory beach. The best thing I have ever seen at the age of 51. Maybe 20 people on 3 km and a 150 m wide beach like in the Caribbean. Completely flat, no stones. Go there to swim. There are toilets and a bar there, as well as a surf school. Were very satisfied.

Overall satisfactory hotel.A large beautiful garden with trees.A magnificent swimming pool ideal for children.Calm.The restaurant is very good. The breakfast is varied.The rooms are modern.Unfortunately I think that the Covid has passed and certain parts of the establishment have been abandoned.But I recommend

The hotel has large and spacious rooms. The breakfast is quite okay. The hotel is close to white sand beach, which I think is the nicest beach I've been to. The hotel is a bit out of town.

Honestly I find it in an advanced state of decay. The outside is really poorly maintained and the breakfast is nothing special. One of the two swimming pools has been transformed into a pond and gives off an unpleasant odor for those who decide to relax on the sun loungers. The rooms are quite new but not like a 4-star hotel as is sold on Booking. For the same price you can find much higher quality hotels in the immediate vicinity.I wouldn't recommend it. Too bad because the location is good and the staff very friendly.

The hotel is in a quiet location. Just the thing to relax in Bangkok. The staff is very friendly. According to the hotel description the pool closes at 8 p.m. But we didn't arrive until 8 p.m. and the children were really looking forward to the pool. Everything wasn't a problem. We were able to unpack in peace and then had the pool to ourselves. The subsequent dinner in the restaurant was also very tasty 😋.5 min walk to the beach. It is 5 minutes by car to Coconut Beach or White Sand Beach. Fantastic.

We had 2 fantastic weeks as a family with children at the hotel. The hotel does have some blemishes and wear and tear and the breakfast leaves more to be desired.. But what makes the hotel so good for being in the middle class is mainly the fantastic staff, then a green and cozy hotel area, excellent daily cleaning and a large pool in the heart of the hotel. If you're looking for a genuine hotel with a quiet, secluded beach location and it's enough to have a handful of restaurants and a mini market nearby, you've come to the right place.

The rooms are of a good standard. Air conditioning, TV, two bottles of water, tea and coffee in the room daily. Towels are changed daily. The 15m long indoor pool with daily cleaning is at your disposal from 8:00 to 20:00 daily. To the best city beach of Kaolaka, he brings and takes everyone 2 times a day, free taxi from the hotel. Breakfast of decent quality and variety is included.

The hotel is in a secluded but quiet place. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, or there is a shuttle that goes to the other side of the beach. The rooms are good and the service is excellent. In the morning there is a good breakfast. You can really enjoy a relaxing holiday in this hotel.

Very nice and calm hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. During our stay at the hotel, there were no complaints. Clean water in the pool, without the smell of chlorine.

The air conditioning did not work and it was not possible to fix it in 3 repair attempts, the thermostat did not work and the system made noise. The room was nice and clean and the staff were nice and the services remembered.

The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from the beach. A very good base for Kao Sok. There are good restaurants nearby, I recommend one of them especially, check my opinions. The hotel breakfast was very average, the staff was very helpful, the rooms were cleaned without any problems, we had a room with access to the patio - a great option. Nice swimming pool, scooter rental at the hotel, bicycles available on site. Good value for money
