This is a hotel that you really shouldn't stay at.They don't speak English at all, and the staff only act like they're making fun of people. Breakfast was also so bad that I couldn't eat it. The room itself is business hotel level, but everything else is terrible.

The room was dusty and the breakfast was surprisingly bad. The staff doesn't understand English. The response is also the worst. It may be a strange thing to ask of China, but I won't be staying here. It was the worst trip ever.

For the price paid, this hotel was surprisingly comfortable. It was also close to the metro station which is a plus.

Everything is terrible, no hair dryer, no Japanese or English spoken, breakfast is so unsanitary that I don't want to eat it.

We were in Shanghai for only three days, we hardly stayed in the room, we only came to sleep. The room is more dirty than clean. But for the money you pay it’s not bad at all. …

After reading other reviews, I feared the worse. However, that was not the case.|1. Access - About a 5 minute walk from the Sichuan Road North station on the #5 line. Easy to find on the corner of a huge intersection.|2. …

I was excited to be so close to the metro with a hotel in Shanghai for once when I arrived at this hotel and was thinking about becoming a regular stayer until I was rudely greeted at the front desk by the 2 receptionists. …

Stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room, honestly the dirtiest room floor ive ever seen in any hotel, those carpets need to go. Bathroom is real clean though (only plus side) for the price there are better options in Shanghai and are cheaper. Didnt go to buffet breakfast so cant say much there (6th floor). (Wouldnt go back for a second time)

It was a business hotel that was a little more upscale than what I usually use. ||If you think of it as a business, I think you can understand the response from the front desk. …
