bedding is comfortable, but the room was still cold - inadequate heating. the hotel reserved a car and a driver for us - the driver took us around Yabuli, help us with attractions tickets; we initially thought the driver would marked up the price but he didn't.breakfast buffet - the time slot is 7.20 - 8.00am. kind of a weird timing, there is no coffee or tea, spread is very limited. the housekeeping staff embarrassed me by taking down the bedsheet and bath towel to the reception counter - they wanted to charge me penalties for staining their white bedsheet and bath towel. the staff keep on insisting those cannot be cleaned and hence they cannot use it for the next guest. they did not explained the penalty charges to us during check in. The stain was from my nosebleed - due to the extreme temperature and inadequate heating. i finally gave in, paid the penalty but I took the bedsheet and bath towel home with me. Guess what? it was as white as new again after only a single wash! are the china washing detergent that bad? cant even wash a simple stain? if it is not due to this terrible experience, i would have definitely recommend this place to all.
