Mini Hotel on Kirova

Oh my God! I've seen everything, but it's the first time that it's been this bad!!!!!!!!😱 people, don't go there! 🙈 I think we were in some kind of crypt! They gave me a room in which there was nothing to breathe, no window!!! If it weren't for the table fan that blew on us all night, I would have ran to the car to sleep! 😂The stench in this whole “hotel” is not even damp, but something musty! How can you even be there!!! poor woman administrator, she spends the night there, poor thing... I drove half the way home with this stench in my nose and nausea, I barely came to my senses! We checked in there because all the hotels were occupied, and we only needed a night; we only arrived in Khabarovsk at 11:00 p.m.! although I read reviews about Kirovskaya that everything was bad! But damn it, not by the same amount! Council of Deputies is okay, not so bad! There is dirt in all corners, spiders with cobwebs hang in the corners, the laundry is damp, it doesn’t smell clean at all! In general, they put together a hotel from what was there😅 and this seems to be a former sauna, according to our observations, judging by the dampness and smell! I’m writing and I’m just feeling sick inside!🤢and by the way, we didn’t sleep all night, we were just waiting for the morning to leave, so that at least we could leave in the light... it’s sad that people treat their “business” like that, they also paid 2500 for this crypt ...very bad impressions remained, now Khabarovsk will be associated in general with such a situation....

The most ordinary budget hotel, rooms from 1000r, no frills, just right for business travelers, some rooms have a shower, I got one for only 1500r, nothing more to add.

It's hard to find the place if you go at night, but there are common spaces and it's okay.

We booked a family room for one night. Comfortable beds, everything was clean and tidy, the linen was fresh, towels were provided. In the shared kitchen there are dishes, a kettle and a microwave available. It’s a completely quiet, cozy area, so it wasn’t scary to park the car in front of the hotel, especially since the window overlooked the courtyard.

A very nice and friendly receptionist, she helped bring things to the room. I arrived at night, I was greeted very warmly and accommodated perfectly. For budget accommodation everything is super, clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is located on the first floor, for example this is very important for me, because I travel with heavy things and there were cases when I was driven into a room on the 3rd floor with this luggage. I definitely recommend it 👍
