We checked into a three-bed, clean and comfortable room, but the hygiene kits, glasses and tea in individual packaging were meant for 2 people. The preliminary reservation was accepted by telephone by a polite administrator. For comfort, there is a refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, and a TV with viewing control function. C/U in good condition. Among the inconveniences, we note loud music until 24.00 (near a cafe), although there is a notice warning about this.

Just from the telephone conversation, one feels that either the staff there or the owners themselves are boors who don’t know how to communicate normally 😂 We had to cancel the reservation because we realized that we wouldn’t get to Dalnerechensk. To be honest, I called to report this, they yelled at me 😳😂 Dear administration, if you want to run a business, and even in the service sector, and not just make money, you need to be prepared for the fact that sometimes clients do not meet your expectations. I am an entrepreneur myself and I also encounter returns, purchase refusals, etc. But not a single client heard a single bad word from me. You need to be more far-sighted 😉 and so, now I definitely won’t come to you and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

If you are planning to stay in this beautiful city, then I strongly recommend that you find an apartment for daily rent.For 4,500 rub. We received a triple room measuring about 12 kV/m. Foul-smelling shower room with sink and toilet. Apparently, savings should be economical, so for the money you paid you will receive a roll of toilet paper from the Obukhov manufactory and 7 towels. Apparently, the guests are not worthy of more personal hygiene products, such as disposable sets of soap, shampoo and dental supplies. There is a kettle in the room and, strangely enough, 3 glasses (more suitable for whiskey and similar alcohol), I have no idea how to drink hot tea from them. No tea in individual bags or teaspoons was found. By the way, the radiators also didn’t really try to heat such a luxurious room. Fortunately, the administration prudently installed an electric heater, which is no source of heat. Two dim light bulbs and three shades created a slight twilight, masking the peeling off evacuation plan reminding you how to escape from this room. Well now about the pleasant things. There is a TV, a humming hood, a mini refrigerator, one bedside table, a table, a wardrobe for the top and three stools. I highly recommend that the hotel management take a trip to the village of Pereyaslavka and stay at the Natalie Hotel (not an advertisement, but the price level is the same) solely to understand what good hotel service looks like.

Currently, the Asia cafe is located in these premises. This cafe tried to create a Central Asian atmosphere, but the owners did a bad job! There are grammatical errors in the colorfully printed and laminated menu; half of the dishes listed on this very menu cannot be prepared. And this in front of an empty hall! If you’re not ready, why rush into opening!?We had to order what we had: steamed and fried manti, meat on the grill, tea and flatbreads. There are no complaints about tea and manti - everything is fresh and tasty (except for the fact that for tea for 3 people they brought a bowl of sugar and ONE spoon for EVERYONE! “Meat on the fryer”, judging by the contents, should be renamed “Vegetables with added meat on a frying pan,” the flatbreads, probably in preparation for opening, were baked 3-4 days in advance, so we only ate a small piece each. And yet the manti, especially the fried ones, were a success! I advise the owners:1. Add more ambience to the atmosphere, include national music in the playlist, dress the waiters in national Central Asian costumes, etc.2. Have enough products in the kitchen to prepare any dishes from the menu3. Correct grammatical errors in the menu!
