Nice hotel, friendly people. They don’t speak English, however, they helped us anyway using translator. Room is small, but cozy. Heating works well and no issue with hot water. Recommend staying.

I always stay here when I come to Harbin. The location is right next to the Main Street and they are welcome to foreigners and very helpful. Especially during Covid times. Clean and easy. Breakfast you have to pre order 30 minutes before and they will send it to your room.

Hotel's location is very convenient but the rooms are very cold. Seems like the central heating system doesn't work normally. They gave us a very cold room at first and the air conditioning wasn't working there. Finally after I asked them to return money they finally gave us a normal room

Really great in terms of location. Front desk staff were very helpful and added us on wechat and even helped us with Covid questions. We got told to move rooms half way through our stay which is strange. Overall it was a pleasant stay right in the heart of the city.

Loved our stay at Kai Rui! Located just a short walking distance from the famous Zhongyang Street of Harbin where there are lots of stores, restaurants and bars. Also located very close to the metro, very easy and convenient to get to and from the Ice and Snow festival from this location! Great place to stay when visiting harbin.
