A very suitable place to relax, away from the main road, spacious area, lots of parking, large rooms, big beds, cheap price. At first I thought I had found something good. But what's even better is that I didn't sleep all night because the sound from each room came through each other very loudly. When I opened and closed the door, I could hear what everyone was saying. They were all standing and the most important thing was that there were a lot of insects, both mosquitoes and insects with bulb glands that I didn't know. Where did it come from? But the big problem is the really loud noise.

The room is clean.But the service of the 3 women at the counter must be greatly improved.I stayed on December 26, 2022. Walked in and there was no greeting to the customers. I just looked at the customer's face indifferently and looked at each other. The other person was asleep. I didn't pay attention to the customer saying hello and greeting each other. The customer must be the one who said that he would like to open the room. When the key was finished, they didn't say which way the room went. Each person's face didn't smile at the customer at all. Talking is not suitable for providing service. Dear hotel owner, they should improve greatly. I am not impressed at all.

Peaceful, quiet, comfortable. The room is spacious. If it were better, the balcony should sweep out the trash as well. It would be very good. But overall, I like it.

The customer service staff is not good at all. It's like we asked to stay at a hotel for free. The face is sullen, not friendly to the customers, and another thing that makes one feel very hurt is Dad took the car to drop us off at the hotel and unloaded the car in just a moment. They came to chase me to park somewhere else even though we had small children and asked for a lot of burdens. I consider the service to be poor. And another thing, we left our things with the employee at the counter for a while and when I came out, he just made a face like he didn't know and didn't point out like that. Normally when we come to Roi Et we come to stay at this hotel every time. In the future, I'll probably have to find another hotel.

Very bad, the power went out and I don't see any responsibility for the people who come to use the service. The power went out at 8:00 a.m. Until now, 9:04 a.m., there is no sign that the fire will come. When I asked my girlfriend to ask the staff, she said that she didn't know when the power would come on and it would take a long time. Well.... Customers come to rest for convenience. But this must endure the heat. After taking a shower, I can't blow dry my hair. I sit and lie down with my head wet like this. It's hot, it's hot. The hotel should take responsibility and help the customers. Maybe. It sucks beyond description.

From having been there before, it was good. But now breakfast used to have porridge, but last time I went there it was no longer there. Plus, the refrigerator was broken and I wouldn't tell the customers. We have to walk and tell them to change rooms. But when I changed it, it was worse. So I don't want to tell you anymore. You'll find out that we're a big deal. Can't watch TV at all.
