Hotel location is very good, close to BTS station, Terminal 21 excellent for shopping and Pier21 street food. Room was clean and a good size, could have done with a soft couch chair. The laminate flooring has seen better days and started to delaminate. Bed was firm but comfortable, had to ask for extra foam pillow. Bathroom was clean and well fitted out except for the low water pressure and mildly luke warm shower.Biggest disappointment with the hotel is its Swimming Pool is on ground level but is only accessible from level 3 through the fire exit door and down 3 flights of emergency stairs. Not accessible for anyone with mobility issues.Also need to allow 1000baht in cash for room deposit on arrival, refunded upon departure.

Hotel is sub-standard. The room we were provided was not what we booked and paid for and the hotel is just dirty. Staff at reception were uninterested and unhelpful in resolving our complaints.Would strongly recommend not staying at this hotel - you will be disappointed.

My stay at Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit was underwhelming. The room did not meet my expectations given the price I paid, especially when compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. The room had several issues, including squeaky flooring and a leaking air conditioner, which made for a less comfortable stay. Additionally, the cleanliness was not up to par, and the breakfast was disappointing. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent, with Terminal 21 just a short walk away, making it convenient for shopping and dining. However, the drawbacks overshadowed the benefits for me.

My experience at the hotel was mixed. During our 4-day stay, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning leaking. Although a technician attended to the problem almost immediately, the issue persisted intermittently throughout our stay. Additionally, we noticed an unpleasant smell on the bath towels.Our room was just opposite to the towel laundry or collection room, we observed that the towels were scattered around that room and left on the dirty floor with used cardboard.On a positive note, the housekeeping lady was very thoughtful. She provided us with an extra bottle of drinking water, noticing that we had two adults and one child staying in the room. She also went the extra mile by wrapping the daybed with a bedsheet and offering an additional towel, even though the front desk staff initially mentioned there would be a charge of 40 baht for an extra towel.The reception staff were generally friendly and greeted us with warm smiles. The hotel's location is convenient, and while the property is quite old, it is understandable given its 3-star rating.Overall, the stay had its challenges, but the considerate service from the house keeping staffs and the welcoming demeanor of a few of the reception staffs were appreciated.

Shower is worst I ever seen, no hot water, pressure like a trickle, towel are all like rags, should of been throw away months ago.Window frosted I've can't see anything out of window. A good hotel to stay in for a night before going to Pattaya. Ask for a remodeled room. It has a window. There is Koreatown and 7/11 across the overpass, and there are Burger King, Tom & Tom's, and Galleria 21 nearby. The station is also close and good value for money!

I recently stayed at Manhattan, Bangkok, and I must express my deep disappointment with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff's attitude was less than welcoming. The check-in process was slow, and the receptionist seemed uninterested in providing assistance.It all started as soon as we arrived. We had checked in at 2:05 pm where the check in time is at 2:00pm. The hotel had allotted us 3 rooms in 3 different floors. The reception staff said that other rooms are unavailable and will take time as it’s being cleaned. We agreed as it was a necessity. Still we asked how long will it take and their reply was “we don’t know”. After everything we had checked in at 4pm, the room allotted was 407,403,421. The 407 room had A leakage from the Ceiling. After room service they had told to bring the key card to the front desk after moving my luggage on my own and after giving the old key card they allotted me 402. Even if it was the fault of hospital management they had made me to go up and down twice and didn’t even care to see the room.The 402 room was no better. It was poorly maintained and not as clean as one would expect. The carpet was stained, and the bathroom had a persistent moldy smell that was hard to ignore.Overall, this stay was far below expectations. The combination of unhelpful staff and a less-than-pleasant environment made for a very unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The air conditioner was not cool, and the bath towels were taken away but not replaced (for a three-day stay). There was no one at the counter and they would not answer the phone at 10 pm. The hot water temperature for bathing was either too cold or too hot and it was difficult to adjust. The water in the shower head was better than the water in the sink. It's still small. In short, this place is terrible. You don't need to live in this shabby place just to be cheaper. The only advantage is: the location is pretty good.

Very bad I will never go backI booked a deluxe double room, but there were not many guests, so I received a room upgrade. 1 queen bed and 2 singles.I went in feeling good, but the room floor was very dirty. I checked in early in the morning, so I had no choice but to wash and just sleep.The next day, after wandering around the city, I went back in to leave my souvenirs at the hotel, but they hadn't been cleaned at all haha. All I did when I came in was make up the bedding... (It looks like I didn't even change the bedding and just shook it out haha. How do you know? Just in case, I went to Daiso I slept with the mite patch on the bottom of my leg, but when I lifted the blanket, it was still there. I can't explain it properly, but the blanket on the first day was definitely the same.)When I complained to the front desk that they weren't cleaning at all, they asked me when we were going to leave and they said they would clean it properly. I couldn't believe it, so I told the front desk again on the way out, and they apologized profusely and said they would speak up to the cleaning staff. But when I came back, it was like they hadn't even entered the room haha. The floor was the same... The trash on the floor was in the same place the entire time I stayed at the hotel + the bed head seemed to never be cleaned, it wasn't caught on camera, but the dust wasn't a joke, and the bathroom floor was also white powder.Shower))))) The shower filter becomes yellow as soon as it is used. If I had a spare filter, I wanted to change it every time I washed, but unfortunately, I didn't have a spare. The filter in the picture was taken on the second day. On the third day, the filter became blacker than in the picture, and I bought a new Daiso shower head that boasts a triple filter. The ball on the head was also dirty, so I left it at the hotel (please take a filter with you. It's been a week since I came to Korea, and I still feel like my whole body is itching). Other reviews say to rinse your mouth with the bottled water provided at the hotel at the end. Even that felt uncomfortable, so I rinsed it with bottled water from a convenience store that costs 6 baht.Air conditioner))))) I didn't take a picture, but this is also dirty. If you turn the temperature up a little high, it smells like mold, so you have to turn the temperature down at all costs. If you look at the air conditioner hole, it's really big, but there's a lot of dust inside and it looks like mice or bugs are coming out (in reality, they don't come out, it's just my opinion).Conclusion: Access to the station and shopping mall is good, but the hotel facilities alone do not seem worth this price. Next time I visit Bangkok, I will go to a different hotel. In particular, it would have been okay if they had just done it properly when I asked for the room to be cleaned, but the most unsatisfactory part is that they did nothing even though I requested it several times.++ I was assigned to the 9th floor at the top, but riding a motorcycle at dawn? It's very loud++ Hot water does not work well in the morning, so wash in advance.
