The hotel is beautiful. But the maintenance is very bad. When I went in, the employee gave me the key and didn't tell me which way to enter. The battery in the door is out. All along the walkway leading to the front of the room, there was only dust and jagged edges. Entering the room is OK, but there are ridges on the ceiling and next to the bed. The bathroom was not completely cleaned. There was still a bag of soap left from the old tenant that hadn't been thrown away. Made a reservation with breakfast but didn't eat it at all. Not too bad.

The room is new but the staff doesn't take care of it at all. The corridor is very dirty. Thawee couldn't turn on, the battery ran out, the phone came down and there was no employee to answer the phone, it was all gone after 7 p.m. Walked down twice and knocked on the door, the staff didn't open it, not worth the price, like the owner didn't take care of him as he should, very bad.

The hotel and coffee shop staff are very helpful and nice. But the hotel doesn't have its own wifi, rather you connect to the coffee shops wifi, so the internet is super slow.

The room is very new. The room is good and can be used. The staff and owner are very accommodating. There is a 7-11 next to Kaset Wisai Hospital. The price is 1,200 baht, which is considered a middle price, good value compared to rooms in Mueang District. It's comparable. There is a coffee shop below.
