The water is very strong, very clean. There is good food at 7-Eleven on the opposite side. Parking can be a bit difficult to find but it's on the opposite side.The only thing was that some wall noises entered the room throughout the night.

Clean room, clean mattress. But there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, a lot, like the room was rarely opened for ventilation. The air conditioner has a lot of dust. You should clean it sometimes. There is only one hair dryer in the entire hotel.

Reserved a room for 2 nights, night 550฿, key deposit 200฿But it happened that we suddenly had some business to do. So could only stay for one night. So I asked to return the room for 1 night, but the staff said Must be notified 48 hours in advance. Room fees cannot be refunded. You can only return the deposit of 200😓 But it's our own mistake. But only the deposit will be deducted. When going to stay elsewhere, most of the time they refund the room fee. He will deduct only the deposit. (It's a pity that I spent 550฿😂)The room is clean. The table in front of the TV has a lot of ants. The bathroom smells a bit. WiFi is weak, like the signal doesn't reach the 3rd floor.

The toilet has no stains.👉Good location, opposite there is a laundry/coin-operated car wash/PTT gas station.👉In the lobby there is a table serving coffee/Ovaltine/crackers.👉 Wide parking lot and has a roof. (opposite side)👉Book directly with the hotel for 550 ฿📌 Lots of red ants and lizards. When entering the room, there were ants on the pillow + lizard excrement on the floor. And there were ants on the bathroom wall. There should be some insecticide sprayed. And the housekeeper should clean better than this.📌WIFI Room 307 (top floor, end of corridor) signal is very weak to the point of being unusable, should be improved.

Considerably new hotel (at the time of my visit) locates not far from the city’s famous Bung Palan Chai park. The rooms looks great to me with well-thought, modern style arrangements like cellphone platform next to the head side of the bed.It doesn’t offer the breakfast but that’s nothing for passer-by like me.There’s 7-Eleven inside the PTT gas station in front of the hotel so you can get anything necessary for your stay at anytime.Has many parking spaces available all around the area but may be tricky to park.

LocationThe hotel is surrounded by car park, so it may be quite noisy in the night and morning. Gas station and grocery is just the opposite side, about 250m away.The roomI have got the room in the front, about 28sq.m, quite ok; compared with other rooms. The smart tv with Netflix and fridge are very big. Anyway, the layout is quite not well design. The designer put wardrobe and tv in the center of the room as partition. Therefore, the air conditioner cannot fully circulate the air around the room. They have provided the additional fan but as the room is on west side, the room temperature is quite hot during the day. Fortunately, I could still goto bed at the end of the day.Pillow and bed are good and clean. Lighting is very bright. Water pressure is moderate and water heating system is ok.Breakfast is not provided but they have tea, coffee and microwave in the lobby area.

April 2023550 baht/night, booking direct is cheaper than Agoda.I recommend it.butFound a bottle of water to drink. But the housekeeper didn't change it, didn't check carefully before releasing the room, this is very bad.Some spots are not clean. It's a dirty stain.The room is not soundproof. Loud noise on every side It's the size of the room at the end.There is no kettle in the room, but there is free coffee and snacks in front of the lobby.The building looks new, good mattresses, warm blankets, good bathrooms, strong water, cool air conditioning. In front of the hotel there is a PTT gas station, 7-Eleven, and a coin-operated laundry shop. Park your car nearby, there is no fence.
