Very disappointed. The house is beautiful, but on the day the customer came to stay, the housekeeper brought the key to make a contract without the housekeeper saying anything. She told the customer to sign and pay a security deposit of 5,000 baht and then hurried out. The customer went to look at the house among themselves and found the house was dirty. Cigarette ash on the balcony and cockroach excrement on the doormat. The bed is made beautiful but has a bad smell. The swimming pool is dirty. Leaves are everywhere. Customers have to clean it up themselves. Kitchen appliances include a hot water kettle and a toaster. The house key doesn't work. There are 4 keys, but only one can be used, which is the door to enter and exit the house. Suddenly, there's the children's bathroom upstairs and the lock itself. When I contacted the housekeeper, she said that she had the customer test the keys for himself and said that there was a bathroom key for them. In conclusion, it cannot be used at all. The customer must stay and wait until the day of check-out. The maid sends his son in instead. When he arrives, he inspects every bedroom. There is the father's bed that is disabled and a little dirty, and the children's bedroom that has stains. The check-in was quite a lot of checking, unlike the check-in, it was quick and easy. The check-out investigation continued. The housekeeper's son found an inflatable duck that was limp and was about to charge a fine, so we were told that the duck was from the first day. When I came to stay, they didn't charge a fine for the inflatable duck. In conclusion, I deducted the dirty mattress fee for 2 places in 2 rooms, a confusing 1,000 baht. Summary of staying in an expensive house but not having With any kind of customer service, you must agree to the house's terms and conditions upon check-out on the final day because you signed your name and deposited 5,000 on the first day of arrival. We ask everyone to study the information carefully, check cleanliness, collect evidence first. Don't clean up yourself just because you're kind and don't think anything of it. And you should be careful before staying because the owner of the house was not very kind to us. We, on behalf of our customers, will remember this stay as a lesson.This is all the truth that my family and I have encountered ourselves. We are very disappointed in the accommodations here. Waiting to see what accommodations in other places will be like next time.
