The location is remote and there is a lot of noise from motorcycles on Sukhumvit Road, which is annoying

There is noise at night reaching up to 75dB, making it impossible to sleep.If you must choose this place, definitely avoid the two sides marked in red on the pictures, which directly face the highway, about 100m away. There is a bit of tree cover in between, but it does not provide any sound insulation.The exterior walls are only 10 cm, and the single-pane windows allow air to leak, which cannot provide adequate soundproofing. At night, the noise is tremendous; I tested the bedroom in room A720 and recorded a peak of 75 dB (with doors and windows closed, 22:00). The noise at night is actually louder than during the day because, with fewer cars on the road, vehicles can accelerate to full throttle. If you ignore this advice and still want to stay here, try spending an hour at night to see if you can tolerate it.I purchased nearly 2000 worth of soundproofing materials, but they didn’t work. Even 3M earplugs cannot completely block out engine noise, and after a while, they cause ear pain. The landlord and the agency refuse to make any repairs.I paid a deposit of 24,000 and rent of 12,000, but I had to move out after just 10 days. I haven’t slept well for those 10 days and feel extremely fatigued. I also feel that my hearing has already been affected. For the sake of my health, I had to leave.I’m not sure about the other rooms in this apartment project, but the two sides marked in red on the picture are definitely unsuitable for human habitation. I noticed many Thai people also have houses near the highway; perhaps some can tolerate this level of noise.

I lived here for a great year and a half until I moved out of the condo. After the eviction, manager Naomi began sending me damage that had been in our apartment since the first day and which could be repaired with sealant and one minute of time. A crack has formed on the glass coffee table. If you live, pay attention to them. It's just a piece of glass for 300 baht, carelessly glued to 4 points with sealant. For the repair of this table, Naomi asked 3500 baht! This is nonsense. For this money you can buy 3 tables. Pleasant impressions were blurred by the ending. If it weren't for this, I would happily return here. I don't plan to anymore.And this despite the fact that we left approximately 5 thousand baht worth of property in the apartment.

Nice quiet condo, no noisy bars or restaurants nearby, which was a huge plus for us. Clean area, no cockroaches or other insects. Unfortunately, the pool is very cold and was not used. The Internet is also weak.There is a huge minus - when leaving the condo there are huge flocks of stray dogs that behave aggressively in the evening.

Rented a condo here for a year,a very Nice 4th floor pool view one bedroom.jomtien beach only a 5 minutes scooter ride away. 7/11 just around corner. Laundry matt also across from 7/11. A nice local market at thé end of our driveway.nice pool and fitness centre here. Good price.

A very decent, albeit out-of-the-way condo. No frills, but overall - clean, quiet, good and clean pool, very few different Chinese and rednecks. I recommend.

Nice quiet condo. A little away from Jomtien, which is not suitable for everyone. But for a good price, a spacious apartment in which two people can be on Zoom at the same time and not disturb each other.Plus, some apartments have huge balconies. But not everyone, unfortunately.The manager (?) Naomi is friendly and helps with documents for TM-30I lived for 9 months and there weren’t any insects in particular. Only ants sometimes. They process it often, so there were no problems.

I have lived there 1 month for about 12k or 14k thb (i don't remember) which is worth it. Pretty cute and pretty quiet place. Big and beautiful pool. For the washing machine i will give extra 1star. Polite and helpful staff.

Building with cockroaches. We lived in 2 apartments, in different blocks. There are these huge cockroaches everywhere.Once you start cooking, wait for the guests.You can live with the rest of the cons of this condo, but not the cockroaches.
