We rested in June 2024. Two families. Four adults and two children. Lovely and clean villa, nice pool. Dmitry, the owner of the villa, greeted us wonderfully and surrounded us with attention and care. Helped with any questions that arose. The villa is equipped with everything you need. High quality cleaning. Dmitry, thank you very much!

If you use a bolt to get to Pattaya Terminal 21, the main street, it takes about 20 minutes and costs about 150 baht.There are taxis provided by the accommodation, but we recommend using the Bolt app.If the electricity bill exceeds the amount set by the host, it can be calculated and settled at check-out.There are a total of 4 rooms and 2 indoor bathrooms. One has a toilet and shower booth in the master room, and the remaining three rooms use either an indoor bathroom or an outdoor bathroom near the swimming pool.The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all cooking utensils such as dishes and pots, so you can cook and eat food.The female manager who guided me during check-in was very friendly.
