We went to stay this past Songkran day and stayed for 2 nights because the price compared to the view. And there is a pool to play in, it is considered worth it, but the pool is 160 cm deep. There is no breakfast. Breakfast must be eaten by yourself or ordered. This place has changed its name to Hill and House. The entrance sign will be green. It's not far from the seafood market. Accommodation is a series of bungalows, suitable for groups or large families. It's an accommodation that was closed a long time ago and has recently opened. The tools and equipment in the room are not in as good a condition as they should be. Clean mattress, cool air conditionerThe water is not warm. There must be a problem with the water heater. The room we stayed in was room 2. The toilet didn't flush well. The water valve system leaks water all the time in the toilet, water garden, and shower. It's leaking too. Overall, the bathroom water system is quite damaged, dilapidated, in usable condition, but wastes water.In the room there was only a refrigerator and drinking water. There was no thermos, no coffee whatsoever. There's no hair dryer. There is shower cream and shampoo.There is a balcony seat in front of the room. The ground floor room has a table, barbecue grill, and seats. Equipment for bowls and spoons can be borrowed. It's strange that most of the people who stay here are probably people who have been there before. Everyone knows. Everyone will be partying from 10 p.m. Everything is automatic. No one makes a fuss. The day we stayed for 2 nights, the room. quite full But it's quiet.Burmese female employee The person taking care of the room provides good service. As for the male employee who is the caretaker, the service is very good, listens to opinions and talks sweetly. If you have any problems, you can call us at any time. We respond quickly to chat.In addition to the issue of the room, the water system must be fixed.The only instructions we gave were to the attendant, a tall, dark-skinned young man. In the morning there should be a thermos of hot water and coffee in the common area around the swimming pool. Let the customer make some. The sea view from a high angle is very beautiful. Wake up in the morning if you sip hot coffee and look at the view. It will be better During our visit, the whole jasmine tree was in full bloom. I really liked it.Asked if I had a chance to go to the Samae San area, would I stay here again? Yes, yes.

It was a nice place and view is beautiful. The time when we arrived, the lady owner is very accomodating and kind. She told us we can stay longer than usual time of check out. But the next day, (maybe her husband) asking what time we should go? The bathroom door cannot be close. The shower has No water. The top most room, tv can’t turn on. The toilet bowl is dirty and the flush wasn’t repaired. The water from the tank is flowing. No soap, no shampoo but there are left over of shampoos and soap. No food. You must buy from the market and or 7-11 the nearest shop.Over-all the view is nice.Hoping they will improve the facilities and better attitude of the personel.

Friendly service and the rooms are OK. Lovely view and located near a fresh seafood market. Would stay again.

Sea view, atmosphere of 100 million baht, awesome.

First time staying Very impressed with the service. Before staying while traveling, the car broke down and was unable to continue. Call the resort for assistance and have a car come pick us up at the point where our car broke down. Take your children and girlfriend to stay first. When I followed along, my girlfriend always complimented me on how well he took care of me.The rooms may be according to their age but are considered to be within the standard of cleanliness. The atmosphere is good. Especially in the morning, the best.There are restaurants in the resort to satiate hunger.Overall, I'm impressed and will probably come again often because my children like to visit Samaesan.

You don't have to go far to Phuket to get beautiful views.
