Stayed here instead of Pattaya City and glad we did. Economical clean rooms with a small kitchen area. Our bed was comfortable and the parking area is huge. Its 40 baht to park if you don't stay here. There's a ester water machine and washing machine. Short walk to the beach. Restaurant infront was the only downside, but luckily there are others to choose from!

A great place to stay away from Pattaya main city.Rooms are reasonable priced in three different catalogues and there's a lot of parking. Comfortable beds a washing g machines on site. The beach is literally ten meters away! All good here!

Ambassador District, but for those who want peace and quiet - this is yours! Large room, but don’t spend time in the room, just spend the night (TV, no refrigerator), there seems to be a kitchen, but there’s nothing on it, unless you have your own stove and saucepan. But the price is quite affordable, you can negotiate for 4500-5000 for a month. Quite acceptable, my wife and I liked it. We recommend

Whoever is looking at the reviews, come this way. I just stayed there. There were 3 of us. We booked a sea view room. The room price was 950 baht but we added an extra bed for 200 baht. When we arrived, Aunt Nang came to welcome us and take us to Aunt Nang Na's room. I love it very much. My aunt recommended a place to buy things and spoke nicely enough. When I got to the room, I was very impressed. Auntie came up and turned on the air conditioner first and it was really cool. The room had a refrigerator and a TV. But if anyone wants a kettle of hot water, ask Auntie. She could. Auntie would bring it to me with a coffee cup. The room was clean and wide. The balcony opened to see the sea. There were 4 floors. On one floor there was only one room. We were on the 3rd floor in the middle. Looking from the balcony was a shop. Taiwan encounters people all the time, so there are big trees that block the view of the sea a bit, but we don't get stuck because we look left and right and see the view of the sea. There is no swimming pool here, so anyone who doesn't want to sea can swim in the sea. The water is clear, not black. I want to say that it's actually next to the sea. Just walk 5 steps and you'll be at the sea. There are many shops and restaurants. I want to say that at night when you sleep, you can hear the sound of the waves. It's very good. You sleep very comfortably. As for the bathroom, It's OK, there's a water heater, separating wet/dry zones, but in the morning there's no breakfast, but it's considered okay at this price. Overall, the accommodation is very good. For those who want to play in the nearby sea at a budget price, we recommend it. Here it is.

Old accommodation but the room is big and very clean. The housekeeper who comes to take care of the service is good. Smiling and cheerful, willing to serve Got to stay in a sea view room, wide balcony, saw the beautiful sea. Food is easy to find, there aren't many shops. But there are all delicious restaurants. In the morning it was difficult to find something to eat. But it's already ten o'clock and most of the shops will start to open. The sea is less crowded, very calm and clean. Walk about 10 steps out of the building and you'll reach the sea. Very recommended. The only downside is that there is no elevator, being on the 4th floor, walking is a bit tiring.

And there's a men's bowl too.🔸There are a lot of plugs. Plus it has three eyes.🔸In front of the accommodation, just cross the road in the alley and you will find a restaurant and the beach.🔸 There is parking.weakness🔸The place is old and a bit shabby.🔸The blanket looks more like a bedspread.🔸The room is on the 4th floor but there is no elevator.
