I had an unpleasant experience during my stay, especially on the day of check-out. The staffs, particularly Thai lady, repeatedly reminded me about checking out whenever they saw me, even in the morning, although the check-out time was clearly stated as 12 p.m. It felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The room had an unpleasant smell, and although the air conditioner was technically working, the vent was broken. I was given a twin bed, but one of the beds was damaged, which made me decide not to invite my friend to stay with me. Additionally, I could hear noises from both the hallway and upstairs, which disturbed my peace. Overall, the experience was disappointing although the place was in the heart of the Patong.

The place is not too clean and the guy in reception it is too moody we are book it for 4 days and we stay one more night but the guy he charged his mind three times about the price.

Most rooms without windows. Quiet place, quiet street. 10 minutes to the sea. Refrigerator in the room. All old and shabby, bad mattresses. Musty rooms. Only for die-hards. I do not recommend.

Reception is a joke. Dismissed us the minute we walked in, stating we have no rooms. Wouldn't give us the time of day. We had an online booking and they wouldn't even look at it. There was another person in the lobby with the same issues. They don't care or honor the online reservations. There is no where written anywhere that walk ins are prioritized over online reservations. We even confirmed our arrival time with promises that someone would be there to check us in. This place looked run down and dirty. Don't waste your time/money here
