Reserved a room for 2 nights. We called in advance to inform that we would arrive late at around 2:00 AM. There are all kinds of surprises.1. The first night, I went in and met the employee. A person smoking a cigarette walked out to us after parking the car. And then smoked all the way to the front of the lobby. Until now, I have to say that I'm allergic to cigarettes. Can you please help me put out the cigarette? I'll put it out for you.2. The first night of our stay, we didn't shower because we had already showered from Bangkok. The morning of the 2nd day, I woke up to take a shower. The water was flowing very gently. I thought that maybe the water wasn't strong. The water heater didn't work so I went to tell the front desk. The employee informed me that there was no problem with the machine but he forgot to turn on the water pump. Very confused. Can you open a hotel to serve customers but not turn on the water pump? When I came back to check the water in the bathroom again, the water was flowing strong as usual. The water heater works normally.3. On the 2nd day after finishing work, we came back to check out. I just remembered that I was going to take medicine. Looking for water to drink, there wasn't even a bottle of water. There isn't any in the refrigerator. There was no front of the room. That day there was no maid to make the room for me. There was no tissue paper in the room at all. When we asked before checking out, the employee informed us that there are usually 2 bottles per day, so we said that we didn't have any in our room for 2 days. The employee looked confused and asked, Do you want to take it back with you? But this was refused because it was no longer necessary.4. The peak before returning is The oil has returned to light again. Just found out that the hotel turned off the water pump before leaving again. I don't understand this point. Why does the water pump have to be turned off even though there are guests staying? And this was booked from Agoda for almost 800 per night. Not happy. Not worth the price. Really disappointed. The condition of the hotel is that the wallpaper is torn and wrinkled. Not taken care of and the hotel probably doesn't care to take care of it either. How tolerable are the conditions of the place? But the service is extremely bad.

You don't have to go in and stay. It's an abandoned room, so no one is staying. I went in and didn't dare to sleep, so I gave up the money and came out. There was only one person sitting in the lobby. The rest of the lights were turned off and it was quiet.

The service is very bad, so I reserved 2 bedrooms and only got 1 room. The other room had no water flow, the faucet was broken, the water was still in the shower and there was still no dust in the room. Moreover, the light in front of the room wasn't on at the entrance, the TV couldn't be turned on, but Not informing customers of anything I called the housekeeper to come look at it and she didn't care. In conclusion, we had to move each other to sleep in one room and sleep together in just one room. When I came to take the key back in the morning, I'd scold him for waiting a long time and he wouldn't come out to meet me❌❌❌

Booked this hotel via Booking.com. Was rated as 4 star. Looked OK on their website and was located within walking distance of an event I had to attend. Hotel was very poor. Room was OK, simple but clean. Wifi very hit and miss. …

It's quiet. The room is spacious, but...the room you get is... Clogged sink pipe The water heater cannot adjust the heat level. There must have been something unclean or hygienic at breakfast. 6 people went together and the whole gang had diarrhea 😂
