The Olive Tree Hotel in Pattaya left a terrible impression. The staff turned out to be extremely unfriendly, especially the woman at the reception. From the first minute she greeted us with irritation and rudeness, as if our presence in the hotel was a burden to her. Instead of a greeting - an icy look and sarcastic remarks. During the entire stay, there was not a single occasion when the staff smiled or showed minimal politeness. This, of course, ruined the whole holiday. In addition, the number did not correspond to the declared level. I recommend avoiding this place.

The hotel is good, but in terms of location, everything is very sad here. You can easily get to the city by sangthaew for 20 baht, but going back is a problem; after 7-8 pm it’s simply not possible to get to the hotel from the center by sangthaew, because the drivers of these buses understand that there won’t be very many people, and They just don't go this route. But next to the hotel there is a 7-11 store and a large Jomtien beach, which somehow improves the position of the location.
