Poor service/incomplete equipment such as the TV has no contract and cannot be viewed/the sound system in the activity room is broken/each room is not clean/the pool is not clear, there is a wastewater system/no parking Sufficient because the housekeeper had parked the car/breakfast was not enough for the number of people who reported that they were not impressed and lost their mood.

The old house doesn't matter. But it's not clean at all. The bathroom is dirty, has a musty smell, the living room air conditioner is not cool. I bought it mainly to want to have activities in the house. But when it's hot, it's better to leave the house. It's like being tricked into selling. Because it doesn't really match the cover. But the house is really big, so many people don't feel uncomfortable.

Not worth the price of 17500 baht, got an old house, many equipment in the house was broken. Door blind broken in hand The water heater is broken. The floating set that was stated to be provided was not available. Called to read the line but didn't answer. The upstairs bathroom drawer has trash hidden in it. and cockroach poop The only good thing is the wide lawn.

The house is very good, convenient, spacious, suitable for a large family or a group of 10 or more friends. I really like that there is a swimming pool. The only disadvantage is that it is not next to the sea.

Just stayed here on October 12-13. The house is very old, 13 people staying together, giving a small bottle of soap and shampoo, plus a bar of soap, and not enough towels for all the people. There was still a review given but no review and a 200 baht charge. Very confused. The housekeeper spoke very badly. Do it like we went and asked to stay for free, which is 15,000 baht per person. In the rules, they said you can check out at 12.00, but the water didn't flow, you didn't shower completely, they came to kick you out and said there were customers. Is it our fault? Had to go out and stand in the rain, waiting for the car to come pick me up. When checking out, I was told to check the things. The housekeeper told me not to check. The checker went back and when we came out they said the towel was missing. Like this, how do you know if it's really gone when you're not checking things in front of you? There was also someone saying on the phone that for just 80 baht the housewife could buy it herself. People who wander in should go stay somewhere else. There are good places to stay in Pattaya that are worth the 15,000 baht and offer more willing service. Thank you.

She explained as if she hadn't clarified, and then the owner came and scolded the customer. There's only one good thing here. Nice big space But I can't do much if it's at night. Because the electricity is broken at almost every point, or here the customer is not God. There are a lot of rules, like being at a boy scout camp. If the dish is lost, they adjust it. The big house will die. If you can't find it, you'll blame it. That a customer stole a plate/broke a plate? Oh, here you have to wash the dishes yourself. There is no dishwashing liquid provided. Putting it in at night also keeps it well. In the morning, the housekeeper accidentally took it to clean the shrine and almost half the bottle was gone. I was very confused.
