I had previously made a reservation, but due to a plumbing problem, I had to change to an alternative accommodation and ended up staying at a motel far away. The female staff was not very responsive and gave me receipts with the serial numbers cut out, and other guests were also transferred to other accommodations. It looked like they were overbooking and making extra money.I will not use them again.I chose one near Sutissan Station, but since there are more accommodations nearby, I think it's better to stay somewhere else. There were several restaurants in the alley near the southeast exit of Sutissan Station, and the food was very delicious. (This is salvation)

The location is very good, close to the subway station... There is also a small market next to the subway station, where you can enjoy cheap, authentic and delicious breakfast... The hotel also provides simple breakfast and water...The toilet has no window or exhaust fan, so the room smells a bit. In addition, there are ants on the small counter...It would be better if a hair dryer is provided...For the price, the cp value is very high... I hope there will be improvement next time...

I had most horrific experience with this hostel. I booked on Agoda, I saw my credit card being charged. After checking in my room the owner said she can't verify my booking or the payment from Agoda. She asked me to cancel and rebook. I cancelled my Agoda booking upon her request (if no Agoda booking how would I cancel ?) But after cancelling they wanted 595 THB for a hostel room with no refrigerator. My original Agoda booking was only 450 THB. I had to leave hostel at 9 pm and book another place. Stay away from this place, rooms are extreme small, some has no refrigerator, shower so small your body touches the sides of walls. I clearly hear the next room. I will never stay at this hostel ever again.

For those who are serious about traveling and those who are not sensitiveI recommend it.First off, it's cheap. The MRT is also a 4-minute walk away.I pass through the market and there is quite a lot of food in the market. It feels like a residential area, so it's quiet and soundproofed well.Breakfast is also provided. Breakfast for this price..?The second floor is too hot. I recommend staying on the 1st floor. There is plenty of hot water, a TV, and a desk. The mattress is hard but it's perfect for me.The only downside is that the staff don't speak EnglishOther than that, very good!!!

Search randomly at Google and decided to stay for 5 days here. Luckily I got best price. The place was quit and calm. My flight got delayed and arrived at the hotel at 1 am and theres no staff at the receptionist. I contact my booking app and ThankGod the customer service help to reach out the hotel number and they were very responsible to drove the key to us and make sure we got in our room. The hotel was very cute surrounded by pink door and pink wall. It is located +- 10 min walking to Sutthisan MRT Station and 7Eleven so its easy to reach anywhere. The staff only gave us 1 day free bfast but they gave free mineral water everyday. We’re allowed to make our own coffee or toast at the kitchen. The staff is nice but they cant speak English so we have to use Google Translate. My Indonesia friend should try to visit this hotel.
