We had a big group of 7 people so we stayed at a 3 bedroom apartment with oceanview at Pullman Oceanview Sanya. The view from the apartment is amazing and you can watch sunset and sunrise from all the room balconies. You can even soak in the bath tub and enjoy the breathtaking sea view if you wish too. The service crew was great. The mattresses were old and due for change when we were there so we fedback to the hotel manager. The duty manager responded right away to change out the mattresses to ensure we had better sleep the night after. As an Accor member, there was hi-tea and happy hour at the red sun bar on the 17th floor and the service crew is fantastic. Thank you for the hospitality and we will be back again!

I was pleased with the well-groomed, green territory, clean swimming pools, pleasant recreation areas. The breakfast menu was varied, there was freshly brewed coffee and fresh juices and fruits. We liked everything, this is not the first time we have visited a hotel of this chain! We will recommend to our loved ones)

All hotels in this bay are located across the road from the sea. The road is small, but traffic is active. This hotel has an underground passage between the hotel and the beach, which is, of course, good. The beach itself is wide and long, sandy, there were no waves (mid-July), only Russians swam in the sea, the Chinese just watch, they don’t know how 🤷♀️ (although the local Hainanese all take exams at swimming school 👍🏻). Swimming is a pleasure, no jellyfish, no algae, no garbage - everything was fine with the sea.Hotel. The hotel corresponds to 5 stars, ideal, large, clean, well-groomed area. The staff is constantly coming around cleaning everything, washing, cutting, planting. There are three or more pools, a very good children's area, there are even several of them for different ages, but the pool area and the pool itself are excellent for children, something you rarely see in the world. There is sand right in the swimming area, a gentle slope, many different circles, geese, boards and boats that children can ride on in the pool. The pool is also excellent for adults, 1.5 meters deep everywhere and it is wide and long.Food is ok. Chinese food in general, but for Russians, Europeans, tourists. A wide variety of everything, including fruits. In addition to breakfast, you can come to the restaurant at any time and eat a la carte, or a buffet for lunch and dinner. The menu was tasty and beautiful.If you are part of a group, then at your hotel you will have a Russian-speaking hotel guide (we had one) who you can contact with any questions: taxis, excursions, what’s wrong with the room, money, negotiated with someone in Chinese ...From our tour. The company offered us about 10 different excursions. All excursions include lunch or dinner. Usually we organize everything ourselves, I don’t like a lot of people and going in crowds, but since we’ve already ordered... in short, if you’re an eternal package traveler, then you’ll like it, but if you always travel on your own, then take one excursion, then you can always buy more and negotiate with a separate guide about the second and third. The paid sightseeing tour of Sanya is actually some kind of mockery of tourists. For our money, they took us to shops and “factories” so that we could buy something there. There was less useful information than inflation leading to sale 🙄Well, also the Tebet medical center in the neighboring hotel, if you want therapeutic massages (very good, but very painful) and acupuncture.
