Came for a drink at the restaurant on a rainy day and were greeted immediately and served fast.The iced coffee was a good price and very big, and not too sweet like a lot of the coffees ive had here :)

The room was awesome it was self contained, really clean, mosquito net, wifi was good, bed was comfortable, loved the outdoor shower, private balcony.We were positioned quite close to the pool which was nice except there are lots of kids who come here and they were in the pool from 7am and so if you don’t love that vibe I reckon just request to have a spot away from the pool and there are plenty of options.The staff were amazing. They helped us with tickets and taxis and renting a motorbike for a few days (best way to get around the island really).

Really nice resort with bungalows and an amazing pool. Breakfast was superb, however we were not really satisfied with drinks and restaurant food. But there are plenty of other options nearby on a motorbike.

Nice relaxed resort on quiet spot on the Island. The rooms are pretty basic, with airco. Friendly staff. Some rooms have outside bathtub at the beachside. Nice pools. We stayed at the pool on opposit side of the road. Breakfast was good, dinner could be better. Sunrise is nice in the morning.

The location - just opposite to ocean is perfect. For vegetarians, they do not have much options. One thing was surprising is that they don't have in-room phones but location and rooms make up for everything. It is just less than 10 min away from Laem Haad Beach. They provide scooter on rent from resort itself for THB300 for 24 hrs.

Sadly we were not impressed. We paid for a beach front room, which has a great view but the room was not very good for multiple reasons, and the service was pretty bad.Bathroom was basic Thai style, not painted properly, door didn't latch, air conditioner didn't work very well, mainly due to lack of insulation. Floor gaps were open to the point you could see the dirt below, jet tub outside didn't work. Couldn't fill it with water because only the spray handle worked. Had a massive spider in the room, and kept coming back in, probably from the bathroom door, as there is no roof in the shower.Bed was so hard my neck and back hurt from trying to sleep on them.The restaurant served okay food but we waited for 40 min plus on each order, drinks were not very good, my friends when they ordered on other occasions had the same issue, forgot orders and it took a very long time. The last day my wife ordered food and it just never came.Most of the staff were not very friendly but maybe because they didn't speak English? We asked about the air conditioning and they sent the maid to look at it. They said it was because it was hot out. But their office was nice and cold, so much so the desk manager wore a coat.Maintenance overall is pretty poor here.Don't recommend it, will choose another place next time. Love the island and the local people are lovely.

The rooms are actually quite nice. We had an outdoor shower which we really liked. The food was okay. Unfortunately, we found it to be unloving and unimaginative. Also, the quality wasn't very good. We were most disappointed with “Beach,” which just doesn’t really exist. There is only some sand and a stone wall separating the hotel from the sea. The service was also very lackluster and had no desire to accommodate the guests and provide them with information.

Nice, small resort with pool and beach. Everything very clean and well-kept. Staff very friendly! The bungalows are a bit noisy, especially when geckos want to assert their territory in the immediate vicinity 😉

We were there for 4 days, the resort is very nice, the cabins are clean, have fly nets for the beds and are also air conditioned.The resort itself is also very nice, has a good location and is very quiet. There is everything you need, scooters in very good condition for 300 baht a day, a shop right across the street with an ATM,and the food in the resort itself is average on the island in terms of price and is really very good and the portions are also larger than I know from Thailand.The only negative point was the breakfast that didn't fully convince me every day, but the basics were there.So all in all I can recommend it to everyone.

Pleasantly spent 3 days at this hotel during our trip around Thailand.The hotel is located right by the sea. However, you won't enjoy the sea much, because there is a big tide here. It is possible to rent a scooter directly at the hotel for 300 thb/day. It is also possible to rent a private boat for a couple of trips and buy a transfer for another trip around Thailand. There is a small shop above the hotel. Overall, the island of Koh Yao Yai is very peaceful and three days is more than enough for us who like to learn something new.The breakfasts are varied, there is always something new every day. Rooms always tidy. It is approx. 10 min from the port - approx. 200 thb.The disadvantage for us was quite a lot of noise at night from animals - frogs, birds, cicadas, which are quite common. The safe was missing and the fan above the bed is not very pleasant for sleeping.We would recommend the hotel to visit.
