We had an issue with our room and contacted front desk. The floor Manager assisted us in changing rooms, but to our surprise upgraded us to the executive deluxe suite, and offered us a late checkout! 5* service.

Yes, the hotel is a little outdated and you can tell that from the furniture, among other things. In addition, renovation work is currently taking place which, depending on the room, can be very loud. However, I was able to change rooms without any problems, which reduced the noise level considerably. The staff are super professional, courteous and friendly. I would be happy to stay again, preferably after the renovation work 😅

The service is better than expected. The ladies at reception are incredibly helpful. Very spacious room, although aged but well maintained. Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovation (9am - 9pm), the impact to customers is minimal.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Macao! The hotel offered a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit.The location was also ideal, close to major attractions and shopping areas. They also provide shuttle buses to improve connectivity to other locations. Overall, my experience at the Sheraton Grand Macao was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I have only stayed on the main island of Macau, but this is my first time staying in this area.Compared to the Venetian Hotel or Galaxy Hotel, there was nothing missing in terms of cost-effectiveness or location.The Venetian Hotel is also connected by a sky bridge, so I was satisfied because I could easily move there and use restaurants and shopping facilities.There was a disadvantage in that the Sheraton Hotel building was adjacent to another hotel, so there were a lot of people and check-in took a long time, but it was nice that there were Apple, restaurants, and shopping facilities in the building, so if you didn't want to go to the Venetian, you could do it within the hotel.

It took a long time to wait to check in. The room was on the 27th floor. There was construction happening when I checked in. I was woken up by the sound of construction at 9 o'clock in the morning. It was not a good feeling...

Had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Macao.Bunked in with my buddy and we botb had no complains.It was overall aged but well maintained, which worked well because it was very spacious and not too cramped.Only thing was that lifts were taking quite awhile and the place was so huge, it took sometime to walk anywhere.

Was passing through Macao from Hong Kong en route to Phuket Thailand and spent a night at this fabulous hotel in beautiful Macao! Great accomodations, friendly staff and they even made a great poolside mojito! Highly recommended hotel!

I booked a room in this hotel for one night. The room was supposed to be overlooking the Cotai Strip. The photos showed that I would have a view of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben in England. Unfortunately, the view was across the street to the Venetian Hotel. After talking to the manager, it turned out that they did not have a room with the view I ordered and the one shown in the photos. It is true that as compensation I received a basket of fruit in the room (two apples, one apricot and two plums) and a discount of 200 Hong Kong dollars, but it did not compensate for what I expected from a rather expensive hotel. The breakfast wasn't special either, a huge minus was the very large air conditioning. Warm dishes became cold after standing on the table for a while. The bar contained only two sachets of instant coffee and two sachets of tea. The number of cosmetics in the bathroom is a joke - three small containers (soap, shampoo and conditioner) were not enough for two baths for two people. The hotel is focused on the number of guests rather than the quality of services. If I ever go to Macau again, I will definitely choose another hotel.
