The rooms are spacious. The decoration of the hotel shows a large swimming pool, very beautiful, but at night the lights are not very bright. Overall, it is considered very impressive.

Far away from the center with free shuttle until 4 p.m. no problem getting around. However, there are few options for street food except on the beach at the hotels.Upgrade prices are ridiculous despite the low season and the need for renovation.Upgrade from garden villa to garden villa with pool for 16 days 4000 euros.That's how expensive the whole trip was on October 23 with a free upgrade to a garden villa and half board for 3 weeks at the current time.Even though no one lives there.Due to the location, an upgrade request from half board to all inclusive in the rainy season with perhaps 30 percent occupancy of the hotel was also requested and prices were quoted at an additional 112 euros per night.Sorry, but the prices for your system are disproportionate (unfortunately)Staff were very nice and the facility was set up nicely in general32 inch TV runs 4 meters from the bed :) with a catastrophic offer (not unimportant in the low season

Pretty much the worst hotel on our tour! Catalog hotel (TUI) geared entirely towards package tourismSince it is no longer high season, it is less well maintained and most of the facilities are closed!!!The price-performance ratio in the beach restaurant is terrible! Luckily there are local, quite good but simple beach bars just a few minutes' walk away.The hotel beach was unkempt and dirty!The loungers were 80% broken and dirty.Even the lighting in the beach bar is saved (every 5 lamp holders equipped, all others without lamps)Everything (e.g. flower troughs) that requires care and work is covered with wooden boards! The area is so spacious that you can only get to the lobby or beach with golf carts - but that works quite well. The next town (Kaolak) can be reached by taxi in about 15 minutes!In summary - outside HUI inside PFUI simply TUI!

The room is spacious, clean, and has very good soundproofing.Stay in a room with a Jacuzzi next to the pool. The adult zone will be quieter than the normal zone. Plenty of drinking water + there is a refill point for unlimited drinking water for guests. Parking next to the building But still in the school areaSuitable for relaxation Various breakfasts, lots of activities* wifi - The phone signal is weak.* The swimming pool is probably chlorinated. Playing for a while is itchy and stings the skin.* TV channels are a little less.

A great compromise in terms of quality and price, very spacious rooms - cleaned every day and equipped with toiletries. The hotel staff was very helpful in every situation, from transport, laundry to ironing. The breakfasts are very tasty and everyone will definitely find something for themselves. I've read a lot of negative opinions and I can't understand where they come from! Great swimming pool with a bar and comfortable sun loungers. I recommend it wholeheartedly, when in Khao lak we will definitely come back!

This is first and foremost a family orientated hotel, as the giant Teddy bears at the main door indicate. There are 4 large pools accessible to children and one smaller one serving the adults only section. …

Nice environment, but the room is not maintained well. We found the and and asked to clean the room but never come.Also, the refrigerator doesn't work( never fixed). The hair dryer didn't work, too. water pressure was low.When I reached the hotel on 1st day, no body help us with our luggage.It doesn't look like 5 stars, unfortunately.

The poor hospitality at the reception doesn't match the 5-star rating claimed on Google. The receptionist sighed and offered us a downgrade to a room farther from the beach than the one we booked. We waited with other guests, all contemplating leaving for another hotel, as the manager seemed unable to resolve the situation. It's no wonder there are no Thai local people here and recommended.

Nice hotel right on the beach. We had a villa that needed some renovation and was getting a bit old. Of the 5 restaurants available, food was only recommended in 2 restaurants and the breakfast restaurant. The beach left nothing to be desired. During our stay, a villa in the row in front of us was being renovated. So construction noise from 8 a.m. until late in the afternoon

Unfortunately we had to wait every morning for clean towels so we could go to the beach. Unfortunately the towels were not washed but only dried.
