Room very neat and clean service so good instead of 24 houre service besides it's near market one minute by walk so much so that have near BTS can go any where in Bangkok in addition to also have very tasty and delicious food I try butter chicken so good and delicious I recommend every one to try this restaurant is

This restaurant is a scam, they removed my pistachio kulfi order then randomly added green apple ice cream. I called them to remove the ice cream all together since they didnt have the one i wanted but the "manager" hung up on me didnt remove it from the total.Furthermore the chicken fried rice had no chicken and daal makhani tasted horrible and had hair in it. When we called to have them refund my money for the ice cream which was never delivered, the manager just kept saying ok ok and hung up but did not do anything. Only ordered on grab as its open 24 hours and had no other options at 5 am but will never order again. Horrible food, dirty and run by scammers. Businesses like this cannot thrive

09:06Terrible!!! Exactly a dirty slum. I was stuffed on the 5th floor with a bunch of people who were both unconscious and dirty with a strong odor throughout the room. At night, rats run around on the ceiling. They talked loudly until midnight, I really just wanted to get out of this place but I couldn't cancel and it was too late so I couldn't find another hotel. The employee under the counter has a very disdainful attitude toward customers. Really shouldn't come to this place, it's like a scam. This is a landfill, not a place to stay. Agoda should remove this place from the list, sleeping here is better than staying on the street. Completely different from the photo, and now I understand why the staff didn't let me see the room before booking, they let the customer book, then regretted it and couldn't cancel. Terrible!

I ordered food this restaurant from Grab Food The food I received was incomplete and not as ordered the restaurant is very irresponsible The food tastes bad the picture and the app are not the same after that I threw it all because I couldn't eat I wasted my money on the worst restaurant experience I've ever hadI strongly recommend not ordering or making the mistake of this place

Please I request everyone don't book this hotel they all are scammers specialy the owner and staff both are rude I book a big room but they provide me a dirty mixed 14 bed room I also book Agoda through this property is really very dirtyThey treat customers like animal 🤮🤮🤮When I start to take a photos and video to show the Agoda there was one staff member he grab my colour and try to slap on my face 😭I'm a student in Bangkok and my school is near this propertyI book my room here for 24 nights and I also pay through my card on agodaHopefully Agoda give me refund but the owner and staff they don't know how give reply in english to Agoda mails and they don't answer the callsThis property running by Indians and also Indian and they treat me like thisThat's why im requesting everyone please don't waste your money and precious time on this kind of property 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 please 🙏

Please no one book this hotel. They are scammers, I book a big hotel room, but they give me a small room instead of that room. They don't even ask to cancel the booking.They ask me to cancel but I have already paid through Agra. Why should I cancel at check in time? Their behavior was very bad. The hotel was also very bad, very dirty. No cleaning was done. Slum in a word.

Probably one of the worst food I have eaten with no concern for hygiene. While eating the chicken curry we found a rubber band in the curry which was on the wrist of the guy that cooked the food. They did not even take money off or anything for that, all they said was ‘sorry’ and walked off. I went to the back to wash my hands and it was awful, there was no kitchen there but God knows what state the kitchen is like. The next day I have the runs every 10-15 mins I need the toilet so guys if you care about your health and don’t want to ruin your holiday/vacation please avoid! The food which is the main thing was not nice at all, the flavour was non existent and the food came out cold! So please save yourself

This particular restaurant also sends food on the Grab App. Please be aware before ordering food from this place, especially Vegetable Thali. They don't send the complete order as shown on the Grab App. I had ordered One Vegetable Thali (which promises 3 rotis, 2 vegetables, 1 rice, 1 dal) and one Chana Masala. But I received only 1 Chana Masala and only rotis through the Grab delivery. And when contacting the restaurant supervisor, the audacity shown by the supervisor to lie, that the remaining items will again be send through Grab (which never happens) impacts the credibility of the restaurant. Please be aware before ordering.
