This hotel will be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Bangkok with my friends & family.Clean, sanitised, safe but excellent security and walking distance to explore the buzz of Pratunam but what makes it stand out from other hotels is the extraordinary customer service and experience by the owner himself, Mr Vincent.Always greet with the sweetest smile ever, we felt the the warmth not even when we first step in the hotel but when we get out from our Grab. The Grab driver lost his way and he personally come out the the road and welcome us.Next, I had food poisoning on my first day here. Went to the hospital and got injected, came back to the hotel and rest. The next morning, I was surprised with a home cooked porridge made personally for me by Mr Vincent. I never asked but you cannot find this kind of hospitality anywhere is the world. Very grateful.Ideal Hotel is definitely the ideal place to stay. Will come back for sure and recommend to anyone and everyone.

I would like to thank the hotel owner Mr. Vincent.Honestly, the man is very respectful and friendly, and his dealings with the guests are very sophisticated and cooperative, and he even helps you with the price if you want to stay for long periods.The cleanliness and care of the hotel and rooms are very wonderful.I was afraid that I would find insects in the place, but when I asked the hotel owner about them, he answered with confidence that they deal with a specialized company that comes periodically to spray special materials that eliminate them and prevent them from returning.The rooms are equipped with the following: body towels and hand towels, toothpaste, shampoo, TV and international channels, cold split air conditioner, shower water equipped with a water temperature control and excellent water pressure, free Wi-Fi internet, water boiler, refrigerator, drinking water, and a safety deposit box.Entering the room, using the elevator, and turning on the electricity are all done using an electronic card.The entire hotel is equipped with cameras.The place is quiet.The place is near the markets.

Great location, directly opposite Platinum Mall and easily accessible! Boss & staff have really great customer service & very accommodating! 👍🏼 Highly recommended and will definitely be back again whenever I'm in Bangkok!

Location is pefect. Right outside Pratanum market & opposite from the Platinum mall. There is a street full of massage parlours a few meters away & plenty of roadside stalls sprinkled around the area.Our room was quite tight but clean. Bed was comfy & there was adequate flat surfaces to pack/unpack luggage.Be aware that the market stalls close around 5ish, so the area gets dark & quiet. But it still felt safe walking around. Also, traffic on the main road is hectic so use the pedestrian overhead bridge.

Very recommended for travelers and shoppers. Walking distance to some Fashion Malls, Local Fashion Market and to BTS station.

The room was clean and the hospitality we received throughout our stay was spot on. The manager/owner would always greet us with a smile whenever we went out or whenever we came back to the hotel. He was also very keen on recommending us less-touristy places to visit. The location of the hotel was also another positive as it was in the centre of everything (MBK, flower market, etc were all within walking distances).

This so called 3 star hotel deserve zero stars. Firstly, we booked the hotel cause we were catfished. Booked via agoda, picture and real room is vast different. Hotel is has also many unsafe features such as fire hazzards in lobby etc. Room was musty and the air con was so old that it is not really working. On at 24degree for more than 1 hour and the room was still hot and stuffy. Bed was rock hard. This should be 1 star hotel instead. We decided to check out. When we went to counter to check out after just 1.5 hours in the room, the counter asked why. We informed them that the pic were diff and if we had known the room looked like this and the hotel is like this we would not have booked. The guys just kept quiet and said agoda non-refundable. Nothing was said and no offer to change or upgrade etc. We also informed that we will feedback to agoda and we did so the next day as the hotel shift was at night and left us exhausted.what came as a rude shock after we contacted agoda was the hotel not only catfished but also blantently lied that we did not inform them why we want to check out on the same day and they have offered upgrade and change of hotel room (which they did not. Look at the contradiction. They also lied that we were non-negoitable.Agoda on the other hand just push the responsibility to us to communicate with the hotel to get a refund.Beware of this fraud hotel. Stay at your own risk. If you wan a cheap hostel, this is the place. But a hostel will do better than this place.
