Nice little hotel located close to airport train and closer to shopping district. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, air con. Good selection of restaurants and food a short walk away. Best good budget place to stay in Bangkok.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible.The rooms were immaculate, with beds that were so comfortable. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.A special mention goes to the receptionist girl from Myanmar, whose support and kindness truly stood out. She went above and beyond to assist us with all our needs. Her warm smile and genuine care made a lasting impression.Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations with its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and dedicated staff. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

We booked it for 4 days and had to move rooms to rooms for 3 time No one help to carry the bags. 🙂. And tge privacy is so low everything talk inside can be easily heard from outside. And there is really weird thing. Like the light suddendly went off and it only come back when we tell them.

We have a confirmed booking for 3 pqx for February 4-7. When we arrived there we were told there was no available room for 3pax. They told us they will transfer us for one night to a condo near Platinum. They even initially told us that we have to shoulder the cost of taxi going back there the ff day which of course I objected. This was clearly their miss and the transfer from one place to another is such a huge inconvenience. Second, it was stated in their post in Agoda (where we booked) that shared kitchen will be provided. During our stay there, we were told that we are not allowed to cook. Third, they turned off the main switch for shower heater. We were told it's broken. Quite honestly, I will not buy that because the heater looks new. We feel that they are just saving on electricity, which is not right and not fair. The staff are very nice though...but the whole ordeal was not very pleasant. I am not recommending this place to anyone..I don't think we will ever stay there in the future.

I booked for 3 nights, at a price of 900k. With a triple bed, bath tub, refrigator, iron, hairdryer and amenities provided, it's really worth it! I came to this place too early, at first I just wanted to leave my bag and then explore around the hotel while looking for something to eat. However, the owner is very friendly and kind, allowing early check-in, with the condition that you don't turn on the AC before 2 pm. The facilities are quite good, the bed and equipment in the room are new, the room is clean, only there is no hot water for showering. The location is not too far from shopping centers such as Pratunam and Platinum Mall, also close to the BTS station. The atmosphere is also calm and comfortable, really good for resting.

we stayed here for 2 nights. i came along with my sister and my mother.for the price i paid, i think it's affordable and quite cheap. the room is quite spacious. got aircond and fan, towels and fridge. but no toileteris provided. so u need to bring your own amenities. hihi. but its not really a big problem for us. as we always our own everywhere.for my mom, i think it's not really suitable for her as she needs to climb up the stairs. because my mom is quite old, if i knew earlier i would like to choose another hotel/homestay. but we already paid the room before coming.after all, my mom is still okay with the room ,just quite hustling to climb up and down the stairs. shes happy with the room. she felt safe to be here btw.owh yea. the staff is also quite helpful, one of them can speak so many languages, so u just ask them, as they are willing to help you.theres a laundry near the honestay. so its quite easy if u want to do laundry. washing machine 50Bath for 12kg and for dryer, 40bath for 40mins.7e is also nearby, bts also near like 15mins walk.platinum mall around 30mins walk or less than that. big C and central world also around 30mins. if u r using BKK line bts its quite easy to find the homestay.enjoy your holiday.

The pillows are very comfortable. A nice bonus is a kettle and hairdryer. The room is spacious and bright. Location on a quiet street.
