Save your money, you would be more comfortable sleeping on the street.Dishonest and inaccurate room description, claustrophobic rooms with no window, paper thin walls so you can hear EVERYTHING the person next to you is doing, rude and aggressive owner.Massively overpriced and disappointing hotel.AVOID AVOID AVOIDIf you do stay here and make a complaint about the inaccurate room description the angry and aggressive owner will continue to send you abusive messages for days after your stay.

The hotel is really great! Our room is quite small and has no windows. But it's clean and the staff is really nice even though don't speak English. There's really everything you need. Also it's we'll connected with public transportation and the area itself is pretty nice

Hidden gem hotel nearby Pratunam, nearby bus station, pier and Palladium night market.Very clean room, free refill water, and allow for early check in.Definitely will come back next trip.👌👌👌👌👌👌🙏

kinda like a hidden gems for me, low price good service and great hospitality! eventho the receptionist crew not understand english well but we could communicate nicely anyway, neat and clean room for 2 people with queen size bed, near seven eleven and bus station, 15 min walk to pratunam market area, have anything basic we need include free water refill,mornimg coffee and cereals, laundry service (paid), smoking area friendly

This hotel doesn't disappoint, it's cheap, the air conditioning is great, it's clean but it doesn't have a lift. But they were kind enough to let us leave our goods for cargo pick-up. Even though we have gone home to Indonesia, none of us can speak English so we use voice translation.

Best place I've stayed in Bangkok.This accommodation is suitable for travelers from Indonesia, especially Muslims.Because the bathroom is a wet bathroom with a bidet and a shower for ablution.The rooms are clean, fragrant and provided with shampoo, soap, slippers, safe and hairdryer.The room doesn't have a window, but it's quite comfortable.Especially for those of you who are looking for accommodation just to sleep.In the pantry section, there is a refrigerator, coffee, tea and snacks.There is also a microwave and air fryer.The receptionists are not very good at English, but they are super friendly and skilled.They will help you with whatever you need, including laundry.For laundry, when I was staying, it was charged 60 baht, but it was really worth it because it wasn't weighed and washed.The best thing about this accommodation is that you can check in early without additional costs.And when you check out, for example your flight is at night, they allow guests to leave their luggage.The location is quite strategic because it is close to Palladium, Paragon mall, and big c.You just have to walk if you want to get there.This is the accommodation I most recommend, especially for Muslim travelers, those who habitually use bidets and need early check-in.10000/10 👍👍👍

It might be a good value for money for young's, but for 70 years old it's a labour to climb 5 floors. Room which I got have no windows, very small, no safe, no refrigerator and electric kettle. I book through Agoda which never shows final price, there are always hidden charges which shows up latter. In this case surcharge was almost same as price of room

Location is good .but when u take grab enter abit inconvenient. U need take the paper into the hotel for chop so the driver no need pay parking fee. Otherwise driver need pay parking.Very affordable and Clean

If you’re looking for a moderately priced stay in the area, this is a good option.Rooms are neat, however, there was no window, and the shower was cold. And there is always some water on the floor due to the bathroom design. If you need room cleaning, you’ll have to ask at the reception.You can use in-house laundry for a cheap price. On the 1st floor there are a microwave, a fridge, and a cooler with water one can use for free. Also the cups, dishes, and cutlery.The staff is nice and helpful.There are food places, shopping places, lots of 7-11s, and a bus stop in a walking distance. A little bit noisy, you can basically hear thru walls.Overall good for the price!

Arrived at 11:00p.m no staff had to call the owner who was helpful 5 mins later young Thai guy entered the lobby to let me in.He had just woke up no sorry no welcome.I wanted to watch the second half of a match dropped bags of then was unable to get out the building so gave up went back to the room.No fridge no t.v no safe.Strange location and overpriced.Then in the morning was woken up by a high powered drill at 08:30 which continue until I checked out.

Staff does not speak english (the lady in the reception is very helpfull, the guys are useless)Decent rooms, wifi was intermitent (there would be hours of decent connection, but also every day you Will get like an hour or 2 of disconections and no way to get inet)I also had food stolen from the refrigerator, and the 2 guys in the reception looked at me like dumb (theres 2 cameras in front of the fridge, they could have seen who took it)Location is shady, I wouldnt advice women to stay here, a couple of nights (during my 8 day stay) there was no lights working in the street.

The room smelled of cigarettes all the time. The hotel said no smoking I'm not sure where the smell came from. I couldn't sleep.
