Hello good,I give 5 stars for the service because of Dream, a guy who works at the bar on the ground floor of the hotel, super attentive, super hard-working and helpful. Their work and commitment are of exceptional quality. Why aren't there more stars, if not, I gave more to him.

The room feels dirty and dark. The floor carpet was so dirty I didn’t even want to walk around the room. The air conditioning was humid, never felt cool. I had a really bad time sleeping bc I felt that even the sheets might not be clean. Don’t recommend

Great hotel in central Bangkok. Convenient transport links, not far from city BTS lines. For those who like walking, Lumpini Park is about two kilometers away.The hotel itself is quite cozy, has a good breakfast, has a swimming pool and a SPA center. The rooms have safes.

A word of advice. Do not stay here. Membership status is irrelevant. As a gold now diamond member, I'm accustomed to certain privileges. Beverage vouchers, etc, and you will not find these accommodations here. This is the only Hilton where I was excited to check out of it. Went outside this morning to their outside sitting area, to enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. Relaxation was the last thing I could do. See the attached photo, dirty and unkempt. Yesterday, I was injured by the elevator door due to the lack of safety bumpers not being installed, and again, see photo. Beware, you have to request for your room to be cleaned. After a long day of sightseeing, I returned to my room and discovered my room had not been cleaned. Went down and talked to front desk staff, put a request in at 3pm at 4pm cleaning staff arrived. The only door placard in the room was no thank you on both sides. From my understanding, this was once the Novotel Hotel. To the management of Hilton, you should be embarrassed to brand this Hilton property. The only positive outcome of this stay was checking out. It's very apparent the manager of the hotel needs to be more involved. Voiced my displeasure with Hilton corporate headquarters. They forwarded my concerns and displeasures back to the hotel. In which the hotel offered me a free night stay and free breakfast, which is already a perk of being a diamond member. Personally, I rejected their offer and stated I wouldn't go back to their hotel if they offered me one months free stay.

I recommend it because it's cheap and has Hilton quality.It was originally a Novotel, so it was difficult for taxi drivers to find it. (Probably depends on the person)Also, for some reason everyone always tries to go from the back roads.There is a custom suit shop and a WEED shop on the first floor, so it feels very Thai.

It's not good to have carpet in the rooms, it smells. Other than that, the location is good. The breakfast is good. Because they don't have a breakfast culture, we said thank God for that.

Nice and modern hotel, clean (something not to be underestimated in Thailand).The rooms are nice but slightly small but I was only there two nights so it wasn't a problem.Excellent service as the staff is very helpful especially the baggage handlers. We also left a bag in storage for a week with no problems and no additional costs.The location is excellent as the hotel is close to 7 eleven, restaurants, starbucks. Another strong point of this hotel is that it is located very close to the highway so the airport can be reached in about 30 minutes (which is a moderate time for a city as large as Bangkok).
