Loved staying at this place. It’s a hostel cum hotel. Cozy and compact. The staff here are amazing in terms of hospitality. Very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, quiet and a budget friendly place. It’s at a walkable distance from the Victory Monument BTS. They charge a caution deposit of 500 baht which is fully refundable upon checkout.The room we got for us was a private room with attached bathroom and shower. They give you free tea, coffee and cookies.

Let's be clear here.This is a hostel style stay that has some rooms with toilet and shower. However, there's a string of toilet and shower closets just outside of those rooms; and you hear everything!Most suitable for the younger travelers or deep sleepers.No lift as noted, or why would the staff watch me carry 3 bags up to the 3rd floor..?Everything was clean and working.The deluxe room may not be suitable for a woman, as it has no curtains for the two windows facing the stairs; one glass pane is sorta frosted.The doors are wood panels and are not good for sound. Bed is firm foam. Not bad.Clean, comfortable, but noisy.Agoda, Google and website should be updated to reflect this place as a hostel, not a hotel.3 stars for me.4 stars for younger people, as others have noted.

The service is very good and friendly. have free breakfast at 7-10am. At first I was hesitant to stay here, because the rating was too low. But I will recommend to everyone this is a good place. hIt's just that the bathroom is located outside the room. For people who want a quiet atmosphere on vacation, this is very good.

I would give more than 10/10 if I could. Service was top notch, The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms and the whole building is clean. They have free breakfast from 7:30-1:00am. Location is fine, just a 10 min walk from Ratchaprarop station and 15 mins from Pratunam market.The only thing we didnt like was the placement of the bathrooms because they were outside the room.Overall, highly recommended.
