This hotel is very strategically located close to Pratunam market and other shopping centers. The service here is also very good, the owner and hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also clean. 4 nights here every day the rooms are cleaned and drinking water is provided. Here there are large rooms available that can accommodate 5-6 people with 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. Will stay here again if I go to Bangkok

I stayed at the Siam Star Hotel for four days and three nights with my spouse in room 507. The accommodations were satisfactory. The receptionist was cordial and welcoming.The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioning unit's LED indicator lights were excessively bright and could potentially disrupt sleep, as they were positioned directly opposite the bed.The lobby was well-maintained and offered complimentary bread and coffee to all guests each day.The location of the hotel was ideal, situated just five minutes from the ARL and the night market. It was situated at the end of a small alley, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment. We intend to return to this establishment in the future.

I used it for one night after arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airport in the evening. I looked for a hotel within walking distance from the station and chose this one, but in the end, the flight was delayed and the trains weren't running, so I took a taxi. The distance was 335 baht including expressway fee.Even though we arrived late at night, the staff were friendly and made us feel at ease.In the morning, we had free bread and coffee for self-service.Since it was close to the station, I thought it would be a good hotel for a night's stay on the day of arrival.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the train station, a 3-minute walk. It is also close to commercial malls, and there is a night market nearby with stalls for clothes, food, etc. Also close to the hotel are Indian restaurants that sell halal food, but the prices are high.The hotel has an excellent location, but the room is not up to standard for several reasons. Firstly, the room overlooked a landfill, and odors enter the room if you turn off the air conditioning or open the window. Also, the sound of the train is loudly audible in the room, and this is annoying. The hallways smell bad. The room is quite small and the beds are of average quality. The room is clean and free of insects.The receptionist's treatment is substandard, as if he is being usurped from the work, and he also requires you to put up a thousand baht as a deposit.In short, the hotel is good if your budget is limited and there are better options. Make sure that the room is on the other side that does not overlook the landfill and the train station. Have a nice trip.

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room I stayed at was Superior Room. The bedroom was quite spacious, the bathroom is very spacious too. The highlight for most asian is, there is BIDET!! There are several cupboards you can use to keep your things. And also mini fridge in everyroom. the location is perfect, just walking distance from Platinum Mall, Tofu Skincare, BigC Ratchadamri, Pratunam Market, Paladium and etc. There are 3 7-11 from the hotel you can easily access. Lots of food options from Halal and Non halal, also indian food and vegetarian restaurants too. The staffs are not really fluent in English but dont worry, they understand enough what you say. There will be a complimentary simple breakfast: bread, coffee tea. And dont worry, they have vending machines in case you got hungry in the middle of the night. Also water boiler and microwave you can use next to the lobby. They also have dedicated area you can put your luggage you can put your suitcase after you checked out. And scales you can use to check the weight of your suitcase before you leave the hotel. spare 1000THB for the deposit :)A very recommended place for you guys if your plan is to shop around pratunam area. Will definitely return next year :)

Great and affordable hotel. This budget hotel is located in the pratunam area super close the train station to the airport (ratchaprarop station) 3 minutes walk. A walking distance from platinum mall, big c and any other market space. 7 11 is everywhere so no worry. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are quite spacius and the bathroom is nice. Elevator are available so no need to worry about bringing big luggage.

Have stayed here for the second time, and when you came the second time you got a room upgrade. The service was very good, especially the AI on duty who was always smiling and the young female guard at the reception who was very helpful when I needed help with Thai language and invited my child to play.Strategic location, rooms are also clean.I will stay there again for sure! See you next time :)

The family room from this hotel is very good for a big family. The staffs are very kind and the cleaning service is really perfect. The only one weakness is the hotel street. The hotel street is very small just only enough for one car. There is no parking space and the space for turning the car for example for taxi is very small.

THE BEST HOTEL. We stayed here for 5d4n with a toddler. Check in was smooth, need deposit 1000baht. We get early check in at 2pm. Room was clean and the bed was super comfy. They provide free flow bread & drinks (coway) for breakfast. Location very near to Arl line (Ratchaprarop) You can change line to Bts at Phaya Tai to go to Siam Centre. Not to forget the staff was so friendly :). For muslim, halal restaurant nearby (samat & pratunam halal food). We definitely will come back here 💖🤍
