Dont stay in this hostel. Its very disappointing. When i arrived my room is not cleaned looks like its been used by another guest before me. And i paid in cash when i checked out but suddenly after a week after i checked out they charged me again in the credit card that i used upon booking!

Before check-in, I agreed to call the hotel, send a message, or send an email, but there was no reply at all! They said they could make any request for accommodation, but even if they stayed, there was no reply! How can I get the key if I can't find the owner even a few days before move-in?I called customer service, and they said: I can only contact the host, because I passed the free cancellation period, and even if I cancel now, only the full room fee will be deducted! It’s so helpless that even customer service can’t find the owner. The accommodation was very irresponsible. After collecting the money, no one left the phone number? Why does the platform not update the information? Both parties are also responsible.Very outrageous! When we check in on the same day, is there a way to get the key first when we get to the door? If this is the case, don’t put your phone number on the platform and say you can be contacted. Very bad service, rubbish! When we arrived at the hotel, the ceiling was blown out, which was very scary. The wine was bad and water sprayed around. The hair dryer was so old that there was a problem with the switch. The mattress sank and the slingshot protruded. It was super uncomfortable! If you haven't checked in, please don't check in!Very unpleasant experience and very angry! It's worse than mainland hotels, poor quality.Dirty!

DO NOT VISIT. DO READ HISTORICAL REVIEWS.These property owners care for one thing only; money. They arrogantly rely on the monopoly that they hold over accommodation options in the immediate vicinity and provide a sub-standard service. Practically nothing has been spent on physical building upkeep and issues posted 3 years ago persist. TV as shown in main room has been replaced with a TV of 30% of the size. Internet is OK when connected (25MB/S D/L, 10MB/S U/L but well short of HK average of approximately 165MB/S DL, 100MB/S UL) and also has extended periods of being spotty when trying to find a connection. ie. six DAYS+ at a time. Outside room balcony light didn't work, as with bathroom light.I received a message stating how “really sorry (management) were for the inconvenience” that I had to proactively travel on my own time and cost expense into Tung Chung (45 mins each way) to source an adapter in order to run a standard HK device in my room off what appears to be an Indian standard (?!) wall power outlet for the AC unit. This apology appears insincere due to the multiple documented complaints through this platform regarding this same, two-minute, $15HKD fix, issue. I also have concerns that the current configuration is not legally compliant with the Electrical Mechanical Services Department of HK; specifically the Outline of Electrical Products (Safety) Regulation. I have similar doubts on covid-safe protocol adherence, by extension. ie. having to charge a device with the door open with a transient population of spluttering guests.Never in my 300+ stays in the past five years have I encountered a room where you cannot charge a device within it. If I wanted to share power and divide my focus and attention I would have chosen a dorm room. If I wanted a room with no electrical outlets, I would go camping instead. After discovering the power issue, the showerhead neck fixing and holster were, expectedly, both broken, as originally stated in 2018 approximately. Common area furniture was filthy.Room consisted of one (albeit reasonable) mattressed double bed and two foot rests. No shelves, no hospitality, no care and a thoroughly condescending attitude.Admittedly I tried this place on a whim, due to 200-300% price hikes HK SAR wide this week mostly attributed to a spike in the acquisition of HK hotels for quarantine purposes. I thought it would be a nice opportunity for a break in a new a location. This proved to be true with regards to the generalized outdoor environment, however most aspects of this accommodation were working against making this break enjoyable. There were multiple proved reasons why this particular property was not sold out in a week where something like 95%+ of hotels throughout HK were fully booked due to exponentially increasing covid cases (approaching 60 000 per day) & the associated quarantine hotel impact.DON'T waste your time on this place as you will ultimately be disappointed. I did skim the reviews, however I regret not spending further time scrutinizing more throughly. If you do have the patience, I think $700HKD for one week would be a fair price point. With a bit more care & attention from business owners this place could be great. In current form, NEVER AGAIN.

First, we took the bus here. It wasn’t too far from the station to the destination. We took the key and used a video to ask us to walk to the accommodation. Then we didn’t want the place inside to be too tidy and clean. It was really a bit dirty. Even the electrical equipment was really adequate. It's old and used, and the person who cut off the power for me to repair it didn't know if it was a qualified technician. This is simply because the facilities are old and broken, and I want to accuse others. Moreover, I made a reservation through the website more than a month ago. Of course, the sea view and the units upstairs achieved nothing in the end. I really don’t want to come back to this place. It’s deceptive.
