I rent h01 on Beishe Street, mainly because I can bring pets (a Joseph). Before renting, I checked with the staff on WHATSAPP whether pets can be brought. The response was timely and friendly, and the attitude of CHECK-IN Still very friendly and quick, so I give it four stars for service. The room is a bit different from the photos. It is old and the WIFI is not fast but it is usable. The overall room, toilet and bathroom are clean. It should be noted that it is equipped with an electric water heater. It needs to be heated faster in winter. Fortunately, no one is renting in the isolation. I don’t know whether the sound insulation will be bad, but the sleeping environment at night is not bad.The location on Beishe Street is actually good. There are still many people playing on the basketball court at 10:30 on a Saturday night (but the sound cannot be transmitted to the room). You don’t have to worry about it being too dark at night or there are not many people (security issues?), etc., and everything is Some stores are still open (just like the character of 7-11), and it only takes five minutes to walk to the pier to buy late-night snacks, so it is also given four stars.

It is near Cheung Chau Pak Tai Temple. The place is clean, but the environment is not too clean. Overall it is OK, but the fee is expensive, usually more than $700 a day.

There were stains on the sheets when I entered the room, but I saw that the room was in bad condition so I didn't complain to him again. I planned to settle down for one night, but there were lice in the middle of the night. I started to sleep at 3:30 and woke up around 4:00. I informed the front desk, and the front desk was very nice. I changed the bed sheets and promised to report to the manager about compensation. However, I was still bitten after changing the bed sheets and was transferred to another hotel. We couldn't go to bed until 6 o'clock. At 11 o'clock, there was maintenance work opposite, which woke us up until 12 o'clock. We went to check out at 2:30.When the manager came, she just kept shirking responsibility, saying there were too many customers and there was no time to arrange pest control. She also pointed out in an accusatory tone that we were unresponsive. She never directly answered how to solve the problem, nor proposed how to compensate. Instead, she asked us how we wanted to solve the problem. We asked for a refund, and she said she would write to the company. I replied, "How long will it take for a reply?" but the other party replied, "I don't know." They even kept repeating disrespectful words such as "You are all here for money" during the conversation. .Finally, after calling the police, she offered private compensation. We planned to leave and said we would definitely file a complaint. Then she threatened us morally, which would affect her staff. The closure of the hotel would not benefit anyone.I reiterate that I do not blame the people at the front desk, nor do I treat the front desk in a bad manner. We are mainly dissatisfied with the manager's attitude. As a hotel, is it a valid reason to be unable to schedule pest control due to too many guests? And the manager’s approach to things?

The room is quite tidy, but the noise is poor, and it is in the middle of a residential building, so there is a lot of noise at night. 🐕 Watching updates all night 😅 The staff is friendly 👍
