I have been to shenzhen for almost 2 weeks and i stayed to this hotel. Rooms are good and service is also good. They change sheets and clean the room on daily basis, though the cleaning staff don't speak and understand english but still manageable. They have complimentary breakfast buffet for the guests and which has both veg and non veg. The staff at the reception don't speak english so you have to use translation app. You will find plenty of options near by to eat, but very less vegetarian meal. ATM's are near to the hotel. It is tough to find taxi near by so ask the hotel staff to arrange one or use public transportation which is quite cheap and easy to get.
