The air conditioner in the hotel room is extremely cold and very loud. The water pressure is not strong enough, hot water is ok. The night view is beautiful and it is a check-in attraction.

This hotel gives you the convenience and living space at an affordable price that are hard to find elsewhere. Design and build quality may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it is liveable for a short trip in Hong Kong.We do find the mattress a tag hard. The laundry service is quite pricy too. These are something that you can live with for just a couple of days though ;)

I am a person who has no home in Hong Kong, but I have stayed in this hotel this time for almost a year and it actually made me feel a little bit like I belong. This should be attributed to the very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Moon at the front desk (I hope not) I remember wrongly) He is always very responsive and friendly to my requests. So every time I see him, I am very happy😊 In addition, Vivian from the reservation department is always helpful and tries his best to meet my requirements👍🏻 Finally, the security guard LiSA is also Very conscientious and eye-catching, they all make me feel like there are warm friends here. I hope the boss will see these outstanding employees, thank you for taking care of me, and hope to stay here next time I return to Hong Kong🌻

Excellent place to stay. The view at night is simply spectacular. The staff is very attentive and helpful. There's a little left. Away from public transportation. However, it is not a problem since it has a bus service that takes you to the Metro station. It is located in a very safe area. It has a very beautiful small private beach.The beds are very comfortable and clean

Visited your restaurant for lunch today and ordered a bento. Firstly the food wasn't even warm. No one even bothered to check to see if I was happy with the food. Secondly, one waitress was trying to get me to leave!A waitress tried to take away my unfinished food and drinks TWICE, without any requests from me! First she tried to take my bento which was not half finished, then she tried to take away the coffee, which I already told her it's not empty. She didn't even stop so I actually had to ask her 'Are you trying to hurry me up to leave?' Utterly ridiculous!

It is a great place to stay at, if you are visiting Disneyland Hongkong, but you dont want to stay in the park.You can easily get by with the public transport, if you like. Just download the MTR app.Room rates are reasonable. The place is peaceful. Rooms are large compared to Hong Kong rooms for the same price. The front rooms have a great view of the bay with parked ferries and boats.The room we had was a one bedroom suite with a balcony, equipped with a bath tub and shower, though Ive still to figure out who would use a shower and tub out on a balcony overlooked by other rooms.Yes, it's not downtown, so you won't find a lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but a short bus ride away, Im sure you can find some.They have a breakfast buffet on offer @ HK$ 100/- adult, and HK$ 60/- child.Staff are all very helpful.Rooms are bright, very clean with Tea, Coffee and a small referigerator. There's also a small sink.
