The accommodation is good, but the service staff is very poor. His face did not welcome any guests. There is no advice given to customers at all. Pay a room fee of 1,200 per night. But the service is very bad. If you see it, you should improve it. One more thing to leave out. The receipt was given because I had to make a withdrawal. Made the document wrong again. Had to ask to make corrections. It's been 2 weeks and still haven't received the documents. Let me tell you, I feel bad. Traveling far to get a good place to stay, good service, worth the money spent, but it's not a problem and will only go once. Not recommended to continue with another break 🥲

Check in at 2:00 PM. At 2:00 PM they were told the room was not finished.Employees talk loudly, talk and fall asleep behind customers staying in the hotel.Not one of the employees smiles, poor service.The room and the bed are very hard.

Poor service from the staff and far from welcoming and friendly. You feel like you’re doing them a favour by staying at the hotel. Hotel has a small garden which is quite nice. The hotel is located around 1.5 km from the nearest bts station. The walls of the hotel are thin and you can hear the neighbors.

Stayed at 25-31/8. On 28/8 the room was cleaned. Came back to find that the battery charger cable was missing.The employees when we received them didn't look welcoming at all. But if you are a male customer, you will smile happily.

Traveling solo to Bangkok, I picked this hotel. The place is beautiful, with a restaurant and lovely landscaping. It's about a 10-minute walk from BTS Ratchathewi. Along the way, you'll find lots of local street food and cheap massages that are totally worth it. A fancy Thai tea is just 30 THB. There's also a traditional market nearby to check out. The hotel staff are super friendly and speak great English. Even though my English isn't perfect, they were very helpful. If you're thinking of visiting Bangkok, you should stay at this hotel.The front desk staff, Alice, was super friendly and talkative!I love bkkThe environment here is very beautifulBeautiful forest landscapingVery good for taking picturesReally a paradise in BangkokThe traditional market here is very easy to visitThere are places to eat and drink along the way.Massage is also much cheaper than other placesCp value explodesIf you don’t want to visit Bangkok just based on bloggers’ recommendationsJust come hereFull of surprises everywhere!

The ambiance is truly exceptional, offering tranquility with no traffic noise despite being nestled in a residential area.On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and surprisingly affordable compared to other Bangkok hotels. Although we encountered an issue with the air conditioner, it was promptly resolved by the staff.However, it's worth noting that this establishment leans towards a hostel vibe, with long-term renters occupying some rooms. Another drawback is the absence of a formal dining system within the hotel premises, although there is a nearby café where you can place orders.Regrettably, the staff's demeanor was less than welcoming; they showed little to no inclination to engage with guests.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, inexpensive. But the service staff is very bad. Going once is enough. Don't want to talk or see the face of the service staff. When organizing a tour group, be careful of the service charge, but there is no service. The bags were carried by ourselves because they had already been packed. Government agencies think so. WOW its a 4 stars hotel? thematic hotel? very good, I got low price in agoda, the room is very big, the smell of hotel is very nice. The garden is the point, very beautiful. clean room ,clean bathroom. Has mini refrigerator, hot water works, wifi works, tv works. Only the location somehow confused the grab/bolt, and its not walkable to bts and convenience store. I reccomend booked this hotel on the last day of your trip so you can stay nearer fastway (toll) and more efficient go to the dmk airport. 500 hundred bath for deposit when you come, dont forget

Clean rooms, affordable, fast wifi. The location is a bit far from commercial establishments. But taking a Grab Cab is your best option to go to places such as Siam Paragon, MBK, Siam Icon etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

Entering the alley is not deep, but a little narrow. The room is beautiful, clean, the air conditioning is cool, there is no staff to help with the luggage. The first night there was no drinking water provided. When they brought it in the morning, the food tasted acceptable. Order to eat in your room and the price will be cheaper than eating yourself at the restaurant below. There is enough parking. During the day, you can walk through the alley to the Phaya Thai intersection. Not recommended at night, the alley is very dark, but overall good, cheap, worth it.

Can you call it very bad? I don't know what word could be more polite than this. Book through the hotel Money transferred successfully Driving to run errands in the area. When I checked in, I was told there was no information in the system. “Can I transfer the money back?” Is this a sentence about taking responsibility for events that have occurred to the customer? If you can do just this, you need to improve urgently.

Wow! Wow! Wow!!Originally booked this hotel for my sisters to stay in during their recent trip to Thailand and ended up booking a room here for myself as well.What a hidden gem this place is!Peaceful, serene, wonderful staff, perfect rooms.Area near the hotel is lively with good things going on and plenty of restaurants with good eats.The Wonderland restaurant located onsite is beautiful and has good food in a cozy, comfortable environment.You'll also sleep soundly to the sounds of nature from the beautiful garden outside as well.Oasis indeed!Five stars not enough for this place.

People with a lot of luggage fled. There was no one to help. Located in a small and deep alley. There are no convenience stores nearby. There is no laundry shop nearby. And the hotel does not have laundry service. To buy things to eat outside, you have to walk far into various alleys. Reception does not distribute work Crowded together to serve the same customer, it's like they don't know how to work. Good service for talking over the phone They're good at using social media, but they don't have a service mind. They work as they come along. The tap water in the room is not strong.

the hotel is secluded yet central.
However, it is a disgrace to ask for extra money for a room that is already available (before 2 p.m.). For late checkout is ok but that has never happened to me before in the world. They also keep a pair of peacocks in a very small cage.
