The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Victory Monument and the BTS station, from where you can get to many places. The service was very nice, the cleanliness of the hotel was 4/5, just okay. There were some damages to the towels. The rooms are not very large, but we had plenty of space. The view of BTS riding was very nice. Well soundproofed rooms, although karaoke could be heard at night, but the sound level was not particularly disturbing.

Cozy hotel with nice view to BTS. You can watch everything from your room, which makes us feel really comfortable. Nevertheless, the room still has some stain and slippers are not convenient. Additionally, bathroom has no space to hang clothes even dirty ones

Really nice hotel conveniently situated in the busier center of Bangkok, close to BTS and bus stations, so you are closer to everywhere. The room was clean and quiet, tho I wished it were a bit bigger. Staff were nice and friendly. The hotel is a bit difficult to find as it is sitting at the end of an alley. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I will probably go back next time I am in bkk

Very bad service!!!!After checkout we requested mineral water from receptionist but they not provide because of we already check out????? Hotel is placed inside Victory Hub building, the easiest to enter is walk along on skywalk until you see victory monument when you arrive from BTS station. There is an entrance connect between skywalk and building, you just come inside and go to the G floor, you will see VIX Hotel entrance⭐️ Pros:- Room has nice decoration, warm and clean. Good street view too.- Large bed.- Toilet is separated from bath room - next room to bath room (smart design like Japanese), I very like it.- Have delicious local food restaurants surrounding hotel (both outside and inside hotel). Many convenient store surrounds too.- Have BTS nearby (go to 2nd floor of building and then go on skywalk to BTS station)❌️ Cons:- Room is a bit small (not too small) so you may feel cramped.- Air condition is hard to control - I cannot control temperature normally, only able to adjust speed of fan.- Shower is old not comfortable and curbless shower is broken.- No smart TV, TV is very backward.

Walkable distance from the BTS station. The skywalk is linked to the second/third floor of the building, so it’s even more convenient.

blood stains on the sheets!Very poor sanitation and poor service awareness. After checking in at 11 o'clock in the evening, I found blood stains on the sheets, and I barely checked in after changing the room. Check out at six in the morning. The service is not friendly and professional enough, more like the service and environment of a hostel. Decisively change the hotel.I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. From the cleanliness to the service attitude, everything fell far short of what I expected.Firstly, the sanitary conditions are appalling. When I checked in at 11pm, I found obvious blood stains on the sheets. I can't imagine how the previous guests rested in such conditions. Although the hotel changed my room after learning about this incident, the shadow of blood stains on the sheets still made me feel very uneasy. The hygienic condition of the entire room is also worrying. Obviously, the hotel's cleaning work is not done well.Secondly, the service awareness is extremely poor. Upon discovering blood stains on the sheets and requesting a room change, the hotel staff was indifferent and unprofessional. They don't seem to realize the seriousness of the problem and don't show the care and respect they deserve for their guests. This attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and undermined my trust in this hotel.Additionally, the hotel tried to find fault during check-out. This behavior made me very dissatisfied and made me question the management and integrity of the hotel. I noticed that in other reviews some guests mentioned being defrauded of their deposits. This makes me think that this hotel may have engaged in some dishonest behavior, such as directing and staging events to defraud guests of their deposits.To sum up, I give this hotel a very poor rating. Whether it is in terms of cleanliness, service awareness or integrity, this hotel failed to meet my expectations. Therefore, I decisively chose to change hotels to avoid more unpleasantness and trouble. I suggest other travelers to consider carefully when choosing accommodation to avoid encountering similar problems.
