12PM checked out, 7PM realized that I left my chocolate bars (5 bars, bought in Europe to be brought back to my home country) in the room refrigerator then asked a friend to check with the hotel.The room turned out was still available and she was allowed to check by herself but there was nothing. Asked if the staff kept it somewhere else but also none.What if I left my phone or other precious items there? Will the case be the same?Disappointed.

Các bạn lưu ý là phòng siêu nhỏ. Khử mùi k tốt (đi cả ngày về mở cửa wc nghe mùi cống xộc lên). Cách âm k tốt, ở trong phòng có thể nghe được rõ ràng tiếng người nói chuyện ngoài hành lang.Ưu điểm là gần khu shopping, có thể đi bộ ra big c và centralworld.Tóm lại trải nghiệm không tới mức tệ, nhưng sẽ không quay lại lần 2.Nói thêm là gần như đối diện có 1 tiệm ăn, cũng không nên ăn. Giá không hợp lý so với chất lượng bữa ăn (món ăn k tệ, nêm nếm được, nhưng mình nhà 4 ng ăn cơm như cơm phần bình thường thôi, chi phí 1200bath, mình thấy k đáng)Please note that the room is super small. Not good at deodorizing (going all day, opening the toilet door and hearing the smell of sewer coming up). Soundproofing is not good, inside the room you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway.The advantage is that it is close to the shopping area, can walk to big c and centralworld.Overall, the experience wasn't that bad, but I won't come back a second time.In addition, there is a restaurant almost opposite, you should not eat there. Just like a scam. Rooms are too small. Smell doesn’t good. AC doesn’t work well. Bad Hygiene. At the same time, No slipper, a big tower only for bath, no tower for face. One Shower gel, one shampoo for superior room.I lived there for 2 nights. Just like a nightmare. Not worth to spend money on this hotel. Just honest.

The room is very small, not like the picture advertised. There is no parking, ask the staff where you can park. He pointed out that he was lying and did not give any help. Employees speak badly and don't understand. If it weren't for the fact that I paid online, I guarantee that I would definitely not stay here. There is a kettle in the room but no coffee. Not sure what to boil water with. Being in the room meant hearing outside noise all the time. In the morning the housekeeper was noisy early in the morning. The curtains in the two-story room are true, but the sun comes in in such a way that you don't have to turn on the lights in the room in the morning. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

My stay at Hotel Atrium Bangkok was a nightmarish ordeal that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy.The staff exhibited a level of rudeness that I've never encountered before, making our check-in a miserable experience. The overall vibe of the hotel was shady and unwelcoming, making us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay.The bed mattress in our room was as hard as a rock, and it gave us severe body pain after a night's sleep. It was like sleeping on a torture device. The room size was ridiculously small, with no space to even open our bags properly. It felt claustrophobic and impractical.To add to our misery, at 10 am, we were subjected to the incessant noise of drilling and hammering coming from within the hotel itself. It felt like some form of cruel punishment. The combination of the rock-hard bed, tiny room, rude staff, and the morning construction noise made this stay a complete nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before making a reservation.
