I've never encountered service this bad before. Since before staying, I called to ask for information. Speak in an unavailable tone of voice. After staying, the air conditioner was not cool, so had the technician come in and fix it. Came in and pressed the remote for a moment and said it was already cool. We didn't even have time to answer and the technician had already disappeared. I had to sleep hot until morning. The bedside light doesn't work. Informed that there were 6 people staying, but there were 2 towels placed in each room. The sofa smelled really bad of cigarettes. The speaker system is difficult to use and requires a technician to come in and take a look. As for air fresheners, use cheap ones that don't smell good at all. Regarding safety, I don't see any security guards. There were only employees guarding the front of the house who didn't care who was coming in and out. I asked for directions and it was pointed out. At the very least, they should have walked over or informed them to be more detailed and attentive. The environment is in a deep alley, difficult to travel. There are no amenities provided at all. The worst thing was that the wifi was cut off at 11:43 and there was also a call to reiterate from 11:48 that in another 10 minutes the room time would expire. I have never encountered this type of customer chasing. It's like they don't care if anyone else uses their services. Open for fun, whoever comes or doesn't come, is that okay? Looking at other reviews, they comment on the same things but don't see anything improving. I probably really don't care. If you don't plan on improving it, just lower the price to what the guests will receive. There are no standards at all. It was my own fault that I strayed into the wrong place to stay because I thought it was a place for relaxing with friends. I don't know what the purpose of it is that is still open. Because no matter the location or availability of service, there is nothing at all. We may not be the target customer group here.

The rooms and activity areas are overall good. Just the air conditioner isn't cool. Because they came to make the Pool Villa 1 room, food had to be ordered from outside.

The air conditioner was not cool and had to move rooms in the middle of the trip. The old condition is not like the picture. The Japanese garden outside looked like it was lacking maintenance.

The water was not hot, so the technician told me to wait a moment, starting at 10:30 a.m. I thought he would come and make it disappear, but there was no notice at all. So we waited. When it was time to check out, the electricity was cut off. The service was very bad. It's a shame about the place.
