Stay close to midnight. There is a male receptionist (foreigner) which is considered normal reception. But they don't accept credit cards/online reservations. Payment must be made in cash only, transfers possible. When I got to the room Opening the room, the smell of mold was strong. I took it easy because it was late and thought that turning on the air conditioner might help. It turned out that for a while the air conditioner didn't get any cooler. The mold smell didn't go away. So I opened the pillow cover because I was curious. I was very shocked. It was full of mold, circles and circles. The refrigerator smelled of mold, had dirt stains, and was not clean at all. So I asked to move rooms. Because I really can't stand it.Moved to a new room on the same floor and got a very large room. It seemed to look good. When I looked at it, there was a lamp next to the bed. The two sides are made from some kind of natural fiber. There are mold stains in circles, but let's take a look at the air conditioner first. It's more important. I think it might not be the same in every room. I expected it to be cool and icy. After opening it for about 5 minutes there was only wind. At that time I was very sleepy. Too lazy to move another room? And it was good that it was night and the weather was not hot. We slept like that without covering ourselves with blankets because we were extremely sleepy and woke up when It's approximately 9:30 a.m. and my body is sticky. Adjusting the air conditioner probably won't help because the air conditioner is probably broken. And the hotel probably wouldn't mind cleaning or repairing it. So I went to ask for a fan from the counter. There is no employee. So I walked to another place. There were six employees sitting and eating together. We inform the staff Employees are not very attentive. There was a female employee who came to see me. Then he said that he would bring the steam fan up for him, which was OK, but it was still good. He waited a while before he brought it up because he had been adding ice for a while. It was probably a security guard, but he was in an event uniform and brought it up. Come up and plug it in and leave. We were happy to get a fan so we could sleep a little longer before checking out. It turns out that the fan is working very hard, very strong, both the fan noise and the loud ticking, I don't know what, noise. How can I continue sleeping? So I lost my mood. Went to wash my face, brush my teeth, take a shower, hurriedly checked out. Very bad, never encountered it.

Not a problem, much improvement One break is enough. I can't take it. I've seen it all in the comments. I don't want to explain too much. Just one word.

There is no receptionist at the lobby. Had to wait a long time and when the lobby employee came out, he was a man with the smell of alcohol coming out, speaking ignorantly and speaking badly. The rooms are quite old, the price is quite high. Compared to the hotel across the street

It is a hotel that I have never seen before. Don't get lost in staying there. Book through the application, but when you get to the hotel and check in The officer informed us that they do not accept reservations through the application. They only gave one word that they do not accept reservations through the application, but many questions we asked were not answered. and the employees are neighbors When speaking, it is difficult to hear. So why doesn't the owner of your hotel cancel the reservation in the application, wasting other people's time?

The staff at the counter are very rude and pull faces. The reception is very bad. The hotel should explain that they are no longer participating in various online apps. I was fooled into making a reservation haphazardly. When I actually got there I was told the room was full and the service was terrible and the look on my face. You shouldn't be working in this kind of service, let me tell you. You should give good advice to customers, not act like you're rude. Very confused and feel the most displeased I've ever experienced.

It was a very bad experience. Booked in installments using the app but the employee told me I had to pay an additional 100 baht per night. By giving the reason that the contract with that app has expired. But we are consumers, we do not know the conditions of the hotel. There should be a sign in front of the hotel saying that if you book through the app you will have to pay extra 😓 The sofa, sheets, pillows are not clean 🙄 As for the soap, shampoo and lotion provided, they are all expired 🤢
