The front desk staff and cleaning staff are all very friendly. The room was comfortable and cleaned well every day. It is especially convenient as a microwave oven is provided. The deposit was 1000 baht per night, and the card was canceled the next day after check-out. As expected, I see a lot of Korean people. It is an area with convenient transportation as it is located near the BTS and MRT.

One of the best hotels in Sukhumvit, Bangkok with friendly helpful staff and good shopping facilities besides Terminal 21 shopping mall and nearby Sukhumvit MRT subway station.

Nice hotel. Large refrigerator, microwave, strong water pressure... very shabby pool. The children's play area is good. But ...Payment was taken upon booking. And upon check-in, they asked for a card and charged it a second time. I had to figure it out and call the bank to confirm 2 payments. At the reception they said the first payment froze the money and no money was withdrawn from the card. Now the bank is sorting it out and it takes 10 days for a refund... I think that for a 5* hotel this is unacceptable. Despite all the politeness of the staff, the situation is not pleasant....I gave it 5* because after the review was published, the money was returned to my account.

I am a Korean guest who stayed here during the Chuseok holiday.I thought it would get better in the end and tried to move on, but it was really the worst hotel until the end, so I invested my precious time in leaving a review.First, the staff at the counter (reception) here are not only unfriendly, but there is no communication between them. What an employee said the day before was impossible, the next morning, another employee said it was impossible. And the employee in the picture on the far left, who stands every day from morning to noon, is the worst. Because of this employee, I almost had to pay a fee that I didn't have to pay. We had the worst experience until the last day because of this staff's crappy attitude. When I call the counter late at night to inquire about something, they say they don't speak English and repeat like a parrot that I should call back in the morning. Since it was an urgent matter, I went down and inquired, and the English was very good. Haha, I guess it was annoying ^^ This place does not qualify as a 5-star hotel.Second, as soon as I entered the room, the humidity was high and the bedding was damp. That's something I can tolerate, but I couldn't sleep well because I kept hearing the air conditioner roar (a strange, creepy sound) every night at 3 or 4 in the morning. I don't know if the facilities were old or it was just our room, but it was so scary and noisy and I couldn't sleep well for even a day, so I finally put up with it and asked to change rooms the night before the last day. However, the room I changed seemed to have been upgraded to a better one, but the problem was that as soon as I got there, the surrounding room was under construction, so I was uncomfortable with the smell of paint and the sound of an electric drill. The newly assigned room didn't make that loud noise at night, but the light in the closet next to the bed was broken, so the light kept blinking, so I had to sleep with my eyes covered all night. So, until the last night, I couldn't get a good night's sleep and once again doubted whether this place was really 5 stars.Third, never go to the hotel massage shop. Even though it was expensive, I wanted to use it comfortably so I asked to make a reservation for a massage here. They told me they couldn't accept walk-ins, so the counter staff asked me to make a reservation over the phone (the concierge staff was the friendliest staff I've ever met - a tall man with glasses - honestly, he was so nice that I debated until the end whether I should leave a review because of him) and it was available right away. I went to the 6th floor, but I waited for over 30 minutes and they didn't want to guide me, so I just got a refund and left. It turned out that they just told me to come without thinking even though it was full^^Fourth, apart from everything else, I reserved the hotel because it was said to have a good location, but when I actually used it, it wasn't much different from nearby hotels. The only advantage I liked was that it was connected to Terminal 21, but there wasn't much to see here, so for us who visited a lot of other tourist attractions, it would have been better to go to a much cheaper place nearby. It is connected to the overground subway, but you have to go out and return to the subway anyway. Taxis are readily available everywhere around here. So don't be fooled by the location of this hotel and book somewhere else that is better and cheaper.I've never been stressed about hotels while traveling. On my first trip to Thailand, I found the worst hotel, couldn't sleep well, and ended up being an Ugly Korean on the last day. I was really angry because problems arose until the end. Be especially careful of the male employee on the far left of the counter. He is unfriendly and does his work more sloppily than any other counter employee. Never talk to this person. If I ever come to Thailand in the future, I will definitely skip this place.I will spread the word about this widely and diligently on my blog and in the Thai-related Korean community. So that there are no more victims like me. I feel resentful of the Koreans who recommended this place. This place should never be recommended.

We used a triple room. There was a shower room and bathtub, and it was very clean and spacious. There is a reception desk at the pool entrance where you will receive a locker key and towel. The temperature of the jacuzzi is a little high, and it will warm your body after getting cold from the air conditioner and pool.Perhaps because it was morning, I was able to relax in the sauna as it was reserved for private use.Even if I went to the night market and returned late, I didn't have to worry about anything because it was directly connected to the station. You can use two train lines, which is very convenient.I would like to use it again next time.

Great location (close to both MRT and BTS)You can travel from Terminal 21 without getting hit by a drop of rain. The staff are super friendly + they help you load your luggage into a taxi in the lobby, etc. It's okay considering the room price. The swimming pool was quite long and deep so it was nice!Except for the fact that the surrounding area is a bit hectic with Asoke Station, I would like to stay again!Even though it is the rainy season, it is possible to move without rain.

This hotel is conveniently located for using BTS and MRT to go to the half-day and full-day tours in Bangkok, the gathering place for the weekend market Chatuchak, Chetfair Night Market, MBK Center, Siam Series Department Store, Siam Series Shopping Mall, and Huai Quang. The staff was friendly and the room was in very good condition. It's a pity that I didn't have time to use the swimming pool.
