Good, clean accommodation, near Khae fish market, walk across the road. The night view is very beautiful. The only disadvantage is that there is no elevator. I'm old and have knee pain haha. Parking is a little small, but it's understandable. The employees are lovely. Help give good advice.

We went to inquire about the guest room at 2 p.m. and the staff said it would take 30 minutes for the room to be ready. But let's actually wait. Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. It's too slow. But the employees are cute and speak well. We added an extra bed for 200 baht. The condition of the bed was an inflatable bed. It was light and the sheets fell off all the time. If we add an extra bed, it might not look that good. But the location is good, you can walk across the road to Bangsaen Fish Market. The road side is quite noisy. But the other side is quiet.

Cons: The accommodation informs check-in at 3 p.m. But got to sit and wait to stay Almost 30 minutes because of cleaning and preparing the room. It's all stairs. Occasional parkingPros: Cheap price, very good service, clean rooms, strong wifi, very cool air conditioning, there are shops and markets nearby.

Everything is ok, the only disadvantage is that there is no elevator, so taking your luggage up to the 4th floor would be a bit tiring.

The room is ok, clean, soft bed, good service, reasonable price, comfortable sleep, about 500 meters from the beach, but it is recommended to choose a room that is not on the road. Because the sound of the car is barely audible, overall it's good 👍🏻

Wrong choice (single bed) Room C3, next to the road, didn't check beforehand that it was next to the road. Hurry and reserve and go out to eat. I just lie down and listen to the sound of cars driving by. Haha.

Very dirty, bedsheets and blankets not changed, the bathroom itchy and not washed.Very loud, there are motorcycles competing at night, next to the road, loud noise, can't sleep. The room is not soundproof. The sounds outside are loud and clear, both pedestrians and cars. Located opposite the Japanese market, good location.

The room is very big and wide. The room is clean and very fragrant. Soft bed, cool air conditioning, good value for money, convenient parking. Lovely staff I'll stop by often to rest.Going to Bangsaen this time was not bad at all ☺️ because I found good quality accommodation ☺️

It's a room near Convenient to travel Not far from the Bang Saen event release point. But next to the road The noise of cars was loud all night. The shophouse had no elevator. You had to walk up the stairs. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. There was coffee and snacks to eat in the morning.

The price is 599 baht per night. The room you get is C2 on the 2nd floor, but in the room there is no TV, no hot water, no clothes rack. No hangers The towel didn't absorb water. I asked for a change and got a good towel. I need to improve a lot.
