I shopped at Chatuchak Weekend Market during the day and booked a stay here to use as a resting place before my late night flight.On the day of my stay, one of my companions became unwell and had to check in early, but they hurriedly cleaned the room and moved up the check-in time from 2:00 pm. . They also responded flexibly to our requests.The room was large and the shower temperature and water pressure were adequate. Wi-Fi can be used without any problems.I will use it again the next time I go to Chatuchak.It's a very nice hotel.

SCAMM AVOID!!!!!!!!!The hotel staff does not help you AT ALL.You send emails through agoda, through their email regarding reservations and no one answers. You come to the reception and they tell you to do things through agoda.Real useless people who tarnish the name of good hospitality.They have charged us for 3 nights while we were only 2. We have complained to agoda and they tell us to talk to the hotel, we talk to the hotel and they tell us to do everything through agoda.What is the point of having staff at the reception if they don't speak English, don't help guests, don't make reservations in the system...? None.You have a 3 on Google, good luck getting out of here.A black pall of bad luck will come to you due to your actions and will cause the ruin of your family for generations.

Start the problem with early check in - check in is 2:00PM. Cannot pay extra fees for early check in. And I talked with their boss and she said cannot sleep at lobby when the time is before 5:00AM. Nobody in and out at that time.The place cannot be called the hotel and there is no deserve to call a hotel. Very very bad service even their boss.

The room smells musty. The air conditioner is very loud. It's like going through a world war. You can't put your bag in your friend's room to wait for check-in. You only have to wait at 2 p.m. The old aunt at the counter doesn't provide good service, talks...a lot, takes history like she's taking a family census. Staying here will make you feel like you're watching something wrong all the time. Live in another room but ask to use the room's bathroom and a friend will call and ask how many people are staying. Seems like it's near BTS. But it's a long walk. I recommend that you go stay somewhere else. Mental health is not damaged either. You can find it at this price.

But use 2 extra beds. which is not honest with customers at all We asked, why aren't there 2 large beds like in the picture? I said that at this price you can get it like this. It's like looking down on customers. The service is terrible. Take a grumpy old man as receptionist. Let's picture it. When we went together, many people kept misremembering us from the moment we checked in, thinking they were a mix-up. The room is very old, the air conditioner is noisy, not as clean as it should be. The service of the owner is not very nice at all, speaks badly, and most importantly, it's like finding fault with every person who goes to stay. Watch CCTV cameras all the time. It feels like when you go to rest there is no privacy. Went to talk to a friend's room. The owner knocked on the room and told us loudly even though everyone was talking very softly. It was said that we had overstayed even though our accommodation was not over. To be honest, if you're staying there, don't have friends. Because if you have friends, you will immediately be found guilty.

Stayed here for the location as it is walking distance to the biggest market in Bangkok Chatuchak. The room was basic and a bit rough round the edges, but clean and with a comfy bed. The WiFi did not work for the one night we stayed there. Breakfast was included but we didn’t have time to grab some in the morning as we had to set off early to DKM airport which is 2 trains away.
