Reserve and pay for booking. When I arrived they made me pay in cash telling me that they would refund what I already paid to the card, which never happened.

Never trust Agoda reviews and always check GoogleMaps before booking, I won't make the same mistake again. EVIL! If you are 18 years old and you are going to arrive at 4 AM to party and you are going to sleep for 2 hours ok, if not get away quickly!

Do not book this hotel it does not clean the hotel is dirty the air conditioning it turns off during the day even though it is 42°C uncomfortable the beds it does not smell good I strongly advise against it even if the price is not expensive we stay humans and not animals. I don't even understand why this hotel remains on the reservation platforms, I'm going to do what I can for that, I don't thank you.

I can't take it. It's not worth sleeping. It's scarier than I thought. There were foreign men walking without pants to go to the bathroom. The room smells musty, blankets and pillows, I don't know if anyone has changed them for 150 baht more, go sleep somewhere else. If you can't handle it, find a new place. I find it again and will review it again.

i don't even want to give 1 star.This place suck.This is the worst place i've ever been stayed.And I recommend do not go to Poly Hostel.There are some good and really good place around which you can look up and always remember to look before checking in.

Horrible, it's really not worth saving that money, I arrived and just looking at the facilities went in search of another hostel. I am a girl traveling alone, don't stay here. It's full of people from the street, they opened my suitcase. Careful.

I made the worst booking I have never made.Do NOT come to this place please.The rooms aren’t clean. Also you feel like you are in a bunker with a lot of people and you don’t have space to leave your luggage in your room.It smells bad. The bathroom aren’t clean.Everything bad.I made a booking for 2 nights and the first night I leave to another hostel without caring the spent money. I’ve never done something like this.

Do not come to this place. I repeat: DO NOT. I know sometimes one reads bad reviews and says “okay, maybe they are used to fancy places and this wasn’t enough for their palate”. Nop. I have slept in any kind of hotel, hostel, airports, tents, the car park of a gym inside a small car. This place is smelly, dirty, and with really shady people. There’s no privacy in the rooms, people see you sleeping and decide it’s time to watch a video at full volume or start singing. I only spent a few hours there to take a shower and leave my bags in between trips but I would tell my past self to just DON’T.The only “advantage” is that it’s close to Khaosan Road, if you’re interested in spending more than one night there.

I usually never let a review, even for kind of bad hostel, but for this one I have too...- Staff is unfriendly,- A lot of weird people around (smoking weed, etc),- Weird people in the bedroom too,- Absolutely disgusting and dirty everywhere (toilets full of moisture, sit of the toilet full of dirts, stairs dirty, wall dirty or moisty, it looks like the place is never taken care of),- Very smelly. Even worst in the extremely tiny bedroom where the smelly feet from the guy next beds are literally 20cm from your face,- AC only at night,- Rooms extremely small and absolutely no privacy and no curtains.Pease, there are much better hostel for almost the same price only 2 min away (reason why I trusted this one at the beginning, my bad).

I compared with other same price hostel nearby, this hostel is 👎🏼.Rooms are very poor.AC also poor and they don't even have Remote control for AC.Every guest must remove our shoes at the ground floor but No flip-flop or slipper for Sharing toilet use. Toilet is poor too.No Towel. No Rug.When they wash the toilet area, those dirty water flows into the room. It's disgusting.I shared some photos too.
