The room was very spacious and clean.The only amenities were shampoo and shower gel, 2 bottles of water, and 2 bath towels. In addition to the front door, the glass door in the room could also be locked. I forgot there was glass and bumped into it in the middle of the night. I'm really glad it didn't break.Hair dryers can be borrowed at reception. There were no tissues in the room, so I used the ones I had brought with me.There is a free cafe in the common space where you can drink tea or coffee or heat up the food you brought in. The coffee grounds had hardened due to moisture, so it might be a good idea to put them in a jar with a tight-fitting cap. It's very quiet and you can get to Wat Arun in 15 minutes. There was a small night market just outside Sutissan station, and we ate what we bought in our room. The reception staff had charming smiles. There is a beautiful coin laundry at the back of the gas station right next door. For 14kg, it was 40 baht for washing, 40 baht for drying, and 5 baht for a bag of detergent. It seemed like a comfortable place to stay even for a long stay. I would like to stay again. thank you very much.

I have been there for staying close to my tourists. The room was nice, clean and spacious. There is coffee and tea with hot water free for all day. Cozy ambiance hotel. Car park is available. During the night, I didn't feel insecure. 7-11 and MRT station are nearby the hotel, very easy for access.

I chose this hotel to stay for a while before leaving the country. It was close to Wat Arun and the hotel was really clean. The hotel owner was really friendly and if I had to choose the best day in Bangkok, I think it would be this day. It was a much better value for the price than the places that cost 200,000 won and 300,000 won per day.

The hotel we stayed at on our last day in Bangkok was the issara house located near Wat Arun and very close to itsaraphap MRT station. The room price is quite cheap, the room is spacious, and all the facilities are available. With this room Considering the location, it’s quite a worthy choice~~~There are murals in the alleyway entering this hotel, and there are many cute decorations at the reception desk. The exterior walls of each room are painted in different colors, which I think is quite beautiful. There are swings and beautiful flowers in the courtyard outside the room. It is an environment suitable for taking beautiful photos. I think it is a good place to live. If you want to stay in a cheap and affordable hotel near Wat Arun, I recommend this issara house~~~However, the reception staff at this hotel only start working after 9:30 in the morning ~~~ If you want to use the luggage delivery service, you may want to pay attention

Convenient and a little inside from the main road so the noises are muffled. Coming out of the little road, we used a small restaurant which we used several times, eating for around 2 euros each... the structure has communal tables where you can eat something taken outside, cups for tea and coffee provided... Opposite the main road there is a 7 to eleven, and various street food...The metro is nearby. You can easily reach Wat Arum and Wat Po on foot...

I'd like to give 10 stars. I'm very impressed with the accommodation. The room is beautiful and spacious, close to the MRT, easy to go anywhere, close to many restaurants. Come stay and you won't be disappointed for sure.

It's actually good. The price when staying at the room is 800 baht per room. I think it's cheap for that area.no breakfast But there is a self-service dining area. There is free tea and coffee, but you have to make it yourself. Water is also available.In this zone there is a microwave. Toaster, plates, bowls, cups, spoons, forks are available for self-service. That is, we buy things from outside to eat. Then you can use the container from the accommodation. I consider it a highlight.The room condition is reasonable, the bathroom looks good.There is parking. This is considered cool.Eating food is not difficult. There is a rice porridge shop at the mouth of the alley. Walk a little further and it's 7-Eleven. (Just opened) Grill shop, MRT station, Itsaraphap, small food market in the evening, so you won't die of hunger. If you stay here for a long time, you may become fat too.

Stayed in a king room (upper level) End of February 2023.Booked for 2 nights, liked it so much, we decided to stay for another weekEasy to find and very pretty property. Lots of plants and trees. Fish also swim around in the ponds.Smooth check in, and out. Front desk staff was nice.Had free drinking water (2 bottles/day) for our stay.At all times: boiling water, cold water, coffee and tea available in common seating area. Also a toaster oven and microwave were available.Bed was VERY COMFORTABLE! Linens and towels clean. Room/bathroom very clean.Had a TV but we did not use it.Cold A/C. Always had hot shower when needed.Had ample supply of toilet paper.Some soap and shampoo in the shower also.Only asked for room to be made up 1 time during stay, no problem. I am sure they will do it more often if you want that.Mini fridge in room - does not stay on when you leave (remove key card)Wifi not the best. Cuts in and out, slow.Close to a local food market, small stores and 7/11. Check out Lovely Mart at the mouth of the alley for all your snacks - closer than 7/11.Super easy to get around by MRT Itsaraphap station- less than 3 minute walk.Not too busy an area. Not too loud at night. Some noise carries from below room, but not bad at all.Decent prices for location and facilities.Would recommend and likely return to stay in Bangkok.

10/10. Excellent rooms, spacious and clean bathrooms. Very close to metro, hardly a minutes walk. Nice cute hotel area. Very good value for money. Decent residential locality, good for families. There's a 7/11 close by. Only one metro stop away from Wat Pho and other important sites.Thank you to the staff who let us check in early. Me and my mother stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time.
