This hotel has monthly rooms. People who will be staying on a monthly basis, please read here. It is a spacious room with a TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, and water heater. Fully furnished at a price of 4500 per month (at my room right now). Looks worth it, but please check and read here first. Each condition I mentioned (from my room): an old air conditioner like 30 years old (doesn't work anymore), a water heater from the 90s (doesn't work), an old refrigerator, minibar style, uses a lot of electricity, has had it since we moved in. yes The hotel sells a promotion that if you sign a 1 year contract, some things will be changed such as the air conditioner, etc. I originally moved in, it was a 6 month contract, at the price at that time 4200 baht per month, still nothing has changed or come in to change. What do you give? So I thought that because it was a short-term contract. Therefore, the contract was extended for 1 year. The hotel asked to increase the room rate to 4500 baht per month, but in the end the hotel was not interested in taking care of the existing customers. The air conditioner is in the same old condition. I won't change it for you. Water heater, same as before, at this price it's like you're in a room with a fan. There isn't even a water heater. Is it worth it? Other rooms may have changed. But if it happens to be damaged to the point of change You will not change it again (just come and fix it so it can be used again). This does not include other cases, such as areas of the room that are cracked and swollen, they won't change or repair them (just come and put glue on them but they are swollen and cracked as usual), tap water in the room. The temperature is very hot. In the summer, you have to endure a hot bath.*For those who will come to stay monthly, please consider carefully. And check the room carefully before staying. Later on, the price may be higher than the price of my room right now.

(Information for 2020.)Since I was returning home on a morning flight, I booked a hotel near the airport, but it seems like they couldn't contact the booking site Agoda, so I waited at the reception for 40 minutes (T_T)The hotel staff did their best, but it took 40 minutes to check in...I've never waited that long even in India (^^;;The room was ridiculously large.However, even though it was only around 8pm, the restaurants and shops outside were CLOSED(>_<)There is nothing around the hotel.The roads were also very laid out, making it difficult to venture out unless you were familiar with the area.There was a shuttle service to the airport, but it was B200 one way...(>_<) expensive! !It would have been better to stay in the city and take a taxi to the airport the next morning.

The hotel is located less than 10km away from Suvarnabhumi Airport. I paid 150thb for taxi. The room was just as advertised, big and clean with a decent terrace. I put a only 4 stars because the pool was dirty and the gym smelled awful. Apart from that all good. Very nice staff 24h and small shop for drinks, food and ice cream. 7/11 is across the street as well as a big food court open till 8pm. Well worth the price

Quiet cul-de-sac. Parking is tight, but manageable. Get out, walk to reception... unnoticed. The people I saw didn't look up from their phones. Only after 15 seconds at the unmanned counter was my 2 meter tall figure noticed. Instead of standing up or at least greeting someone else was ordered to leave. Short discussion between the 2 staff members became louder. The loser eventually came to the counter at a faster pace. Very little English, so after asking to see the room the boss was called. He asked for all sorts of things and said the staff would help. After the conversation, no room was shown, but a friendly gesture towards the exit. Thought the rooms were inside. Waited a few seconds and then walked to the car. Got in and drove away very quietly. Apparently the staff has no need for guests. Those are difficult.
