It's a good experience, situated near Khaosan road and public transport. China Town is 3km away and everything seems close

To get the bad out the way first:-Extremely loud road noise at night, due to proximity of Khao San road.-Room was kind of run down and beat up, but not dirty.-Minimal amenities (no hair dryer, soap, shampoo, etc.)Otherwise, a perfectly suitable place to sleep. Realistically, if you're staying this close to Khao San road, you'll likely be awake until 3am regardless.Would stay again for 1 night. Would absolutely not stay for an extended period.

The location is beautiful, there is no disturbance from the musicAir conditioning is goodThe drawback is that the bathroom shower is not fixed, the bed cover is broken and worn out, and the safety box is not working. For the price and location, it is considered very good.

The location is so good and the room is quite quiet even though it located near Khao San Road. I can still sleep peacefully without a very loud music. The room is a bit old but it's ok for short stay. I'm having a good time and staff is really nice. If you're looking for the hotel near Khaosan road with the clean room and reasonable price, then this is a good choice.

The service is good and it is well located. In my room I didn't have any noise from Khaosan Street.The room is a good size, but quite old and with damp on the walls. A caring hand is needed.It has an elevatorIf you are just looking for a place to spend the night, in a private room, value for money is fine.

Had a cockroach crawl over me while I was in bed. The tiny box rooms are not practical. The fact that the bed was comfortable and the location was good pushes this rating far higher than it really should be.

The rooms were large, and clean. Staff were very friendly. We tried several rooms as we extended our stay. The rooms on the right hand side could be a bit noisy, especially at the weekend, but on the left they were very much quieter. Location was excellent to get around and taxi and tuk tuk drivers right outside. Great smoking area on the private terrace on the 5th floor
