The room booked through Agoda means you get a big, spacious room. When you actually stay in it, it's another building. There's a lot of room. You can hear everyone just talking. Not worth the price paid. The employee asked how much the room would be if I booked on Agoda. It's like if you pay cheap you'll get a small room.

Good, but would like to improve on answering the phone. Always inform the customer first what the name of the hotel is. Because this stay there was an error in booking. where the customer calls Loft Hotel But the owner went to reserve another hotel. We called Loft21's number and it went to Loft but went to reserve IBeyon for us. The customer doesn't know how many hotels you have. which we refer to the number that was already called

Park your car in front of the building. The door to the room has CCTV. Using a key card looks safe. The walkway is narrow, but when you enter the room inside is open. The equipment looks good and is of good quality as in the picture.

Terrible location, only the airport is quite close. In the rooms you can hear the entire street and the receptionist's radio

Clearly a great choice if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing comfortable beds, high-speed internet, clean and spacious toilet. Definitely had an enjoyable stay. Will be back!

Easy, park in front of the loft, drive in and go through to another zone. , Korean style room, there is liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom. ,Reservation recommended online. Accommodation standards. Going to get a degree. Will stay there again.

Hotel was very close to the airport. We were able to check in at 1am easily. The rooms were clean with AC. The staff didn’t speak English but they were very polite and welcoming. Good noodles nearby for breakfast

Excellent exterior, looks simple and looks normal. S(picture of the new side, nice to sleep in, clean, nice to use, the owner is friendly and supervises the construction himself. If you don't believe it, come and experience it.

There is no soundproofing at all. People walk in the hallway outside all day. Strange noises are made in the early morning. The bathroom has a strong smell.
