The furnishings of the rooms need to be improvedrooms...(at least have bedside tables) that are cleaned daily.The pool water does not appear clear...Unprofessional receptionist (maybe that's too much to ask...)

The staff are exceptional, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with new air conditioning, a smart TV, a refrigerator, and a private balcony. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a generous roof terrace with a pool, and a short walk to the beach. Plus, there are plenty of fantastic local restaurants and markets nearby. It’s an example of affordable luxury, offering a high level of comfort and style at great value. Highly recommended for both short and long-term stays.

The hotel is located in the southern part of Ptong, in a convenient location for trips to the beautiful beaches of Karon and Kata, but at the same time much cheaper than in Karon. Everything was fine, it worked, it was only spoiled by the hum of the external split right outside the window, and the air conditioner was right in my head, I didn’t dare change the room, it’s difficult to explain, and they couldn’t have provided anything better. Luckily I didn’t spend the night often 🙂 but it’s an excellent place to leave things.

I paid 15.38 euros per night. Stayed 2 nights.Obviously don't expect luxury for this price. But the bedroom was spacious, there was a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning and looked neat.The bathroom is in need of a makeover.The entrance of the hotel looks very modern.Location is a bit further away from the center of Patong.All in all value for money.

Hotel is clean , room is big and Ac works great ,,room service come everyday and TV is big with netflix and other apps available,, balcony is big and pool is clean .. food market laundry and beach is close ..

The hotel is not beach front as they advertise, the pool is very dirty impossible to swim. And the receptionist is very rude and impolite. She doesn't speak English and she treat me very bad. She doesn't have any customers service...
